Worst night of my life. Young girl at the front, you are a superstar, babe. I tried to the redeem the StudentEdge 2 for $12 deal but there was an issue with them putting it into the system. The girl at the back (huong) refused to let us get the Pop It Like It's Peach with the deal, even though i've gotten it countless times at different branches with no issues. So, I opted to just get a Peach Black Tea, but they messed that up too and gave me green tea. Not to mention I work at a Chatime, so I know that it should be able to be done. On top of everything, everything ended up taking about half an hour. Will not be coming back to this location. If I could give this zero...

Service was slow, and product was underwhelming.

Ordered a simple drink that took excessively long to make. There were 3 staff at the time and not many patrons. 8 person limit in the store was not enforced and there were loads of people waiting inside after ordering, this not allowing others to enter and place their orders. Noticed a patron waiting for over 5 minutes at the front of the queue just to place her order, unacceptable.

Turned out tasting very diluted and not flavourful. Will probably not...

I've purchased the Brown Sugar range many times. Today I had a very disappointing experience. The fancy "The new Brown Sugar Jelly range is here" is shown on the app, but without the pearls anymore! If you want pearls, you need to pay for them! And the drink tastes very bad compared to the original one. It just tastes like sugar ice water instead of creamy tea and with the taste of natural brown sugar. I understand if you want to raise the price, but please, don't drop...
