Come get often, and generally have a good experience... But no one writes about those. My friend and I both got tea, both green tea but different flavours and toppings. We had already left and were walking around but my friend noticed her tea clearly wasn't green tea. She goes there very often and gets the same order, and both her and I could taste it was not green tea. We went back to get a new one because it wasn't the right order, but the guy who responded showed us the clear difference between green and black tea. Sure, they looked different, but it certainly wasnt what we had ordered. He proceeded to make us another drink, which was all well and good, but he didn't add one of the toppings. My friend spoke softly, so I told him politely that he didn't add the aloe vera which was paid for in the previous drink which was stuff up. By him. He mumbled "well its a free drink" and rolled his eyes, and added a TINY spoon of aloe to the drink. Followed by throwing the drink across the desk, having it almost land on the floor. Pretty awful customer service if you ask me. We didn't mean to offend them, they simply made a mistake and we wanted this to be fixed. If they didn't want to waste time making another drink, DONT MAKE A GOD DAMN WRONG DRINK!! 9/10 I have perfect service and I would recommend, but i was pretty disappointed... I come here so often, my friend and I probably are the main source of revenue for this store. We're loyal customers, but we just had this unfortunate...

Apparently stopped accepting glass reuseable cups for "safety reasons"....the staff didn't tell me until after I paid and refused to give a refund. I've never even heard of such a poor excuse - when has coffee baristas and restaurants ever refused to use glass for "safety"? It's that simple to train your staff in how to clean up sharps and avoid injuries. Wrote a courteous feedback letter via their website about possibly reviewing the policy, gets a cookie cutter response of "Hi Taing! This is what we accept and don't accept! Have a nice day!" with my name misspelled and complete failute to address a single sentence I wrote. No qualms with the product, just the company 🤷 will not be buying...

Young girls working there are useless. Waited over 5 mins to take my order. After I ordered I waited 20 minutes for a plain thai drink and both girls were moving slow, washing dishes at the same time. Fluffing about not knowing what they are doing. After waiting 20 minutes they forgot my cup was there and started taking more orders. I brought my drink to their attention and the girl started fumbling about putting sugar in my drink when I asked for no sugar. I told her I asked for no sugar and she then went to adjust the drink. Advertised fresh milk is powdered. How is that legal. False advertisement. Safe to say this place is atrocious and should not be...
