Cheesy Bite Pizza & Kebab - Nunawading — Restaurant in Melbourne

While the food is "okay" and there are far worse HSPs in the area, this restaurant employs anti consumer tactics within Uber Eats by creating a total of 6 restaurant listings all from the same address but with different names which provides them an unfair advantage over competing restaurants. This is a dirty tactic that doesn't at all have the consumer's best interests at heart. So while their food is fine, I'll order from someone who doesn't try to screw over both the customers and other restaurants for their own gain. They should let their food speak for itself without trying to manipulate the system.

EDIT: As you can see in the owners reply, they do not deny it but simply tell me I don't have have the knowledge, but yet I do, it's public knowlage anyone can see. If there was anything more to this I'm sure they would have told us so but they didn't. I had the worst experience, something is wrong with the store now. No body seems to work professionally, staff is very ignorant towards the customers. I ordered a pizza via doordash, went to pick it up. Guy with the weird cap said its gonna take 10 minutes. It was very cold outside and apparently people who picks up uber or doordash has to stand outside as its written in the store which is very saddening. I came back after 15 minutes and asked the guy with the weird cap about my order. He said its gonna take 10 more mins as the pizza got burned. And while he was saying it, the girl with the weird cap was laughing. I mean what kind of behavior is that? Whole world knows a pizza cant be burned just like that unless its wood fired oven. Been getting pizzas from here for a while now. Every time I order, I always get the Cheesy Bites pizza. Their meal deals are value for money and tastes better than the ones you get from big pizza chains. I order direct from their website all the time and get an SMS with the estimated delivery time which is usually fairly close to the actual.

We actually had an issue with a recent delivery, where the guy dropped our chicken wings on the floor right at our door. He promised to come back with new ones later that day but never did, so I rang them and was promised resolution the next day. I called back again 2 weeks later as I hadn’t heard back, and coincidentally got the owner Daniel on the phone.
