They don't provide cutlery, serviettes or gloves unless you ask for it. ✅ Good portions: 1x drumstick, 2x wings with drumettes, 1x rib, 1x thigh, 2x breast ✅ Heavily coated in seasoning powder. ❌ Chicken meat lacks flavor and was quite stringy- doesn't taste like they brine it. ❌ Coleslaw is way too small. Recently discovered this place, and since then have tried the fries and several flavours of chicken.

The fries are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and overall well seasoned.

The chicken portions are HUGE and moist, with especially crispy skin. My fave flavours are Garlic Soy and Sweet Chilli! But there seems to be some inconsistency in the cooking - my evening orders are amazing, but the afternoon ones can be underwhelming or even a bit off (e.g., the chicken being overly salty).

Very rude customer service, They use big containers but will never fill them up, it makes you think that you are getting your price worth but actually costing you more for less food and when you point it out to them they shout at you. Also, they will charge you double for extras afterwards making your total bill more than what you initially paid even though you have already paid for extras with the total bill.
