Sushi Hub Hawthorn — Restaurant in Melbourne

I had the sushi train twice in the span of 3 months and both times while having a meal, I would notice a fly under the cover of the sushi plates that goes around the tracks. I would assume that the flies had gotten in through the hole on the top of the cover. On both occasions as well, it gets taken away by one of the staff after I notify them. For some odd reason they don't seem quite concerned by this issue. Another comment I would like to make is that the staff on occasions can be very loud with talking among each other. Now I know Sushi Hub is not a fancy restaurant but you would think that you would get better service than loudly laughing staff members. Everything is good but the customer service. I went three times, all the three cashiers were really rude. Out of three people who picked food for me today’s one was really nice. I work in a fast food place too. I expect the same treatment i give out to my customers. But this girls are so rude. I have heard of asian people having very good etiquette when it comes to customer service but I didn’t see that at all. For food I would highly recommend this place. Great new restaurant in Glenferrie Rd, Hawthorn. Take a seat in front of the sushi train, select takeaway from glass cabinets or order chef prepared dishes from a menu. There's a picture menu explaining the sushi passing by on different coloured (price) plates, including crayfish, scallops, squid, tuna & salmon. All the favourites + many more. They are freshly prepared behind a glass partition by a number of chefs. Raw sushi, fried morsels & pot sticker dumplings are all priced well, taste delicious, great quality and generous servings.
