Indulge in an authentic Sri Lankan culinary experience at the incredible buffet, where you can feast on a vast array of flavors for an unbeatable price of $25. The all-you-can-eat buffet boasts a tantalizing spread of traditional dishes, carefully crafted using an array of fragrant spices and fresh ingredients. One of the highlights of this buffet is its impressive selection of vegan options. From flavorful curries to savory lentil stews, there's something to satisfy every vegan palate. The chefs have skillfully balanced the flavors, ensuring that each dish is bursting with aromatic spices and delicate textures. For those seeking a meatier experience, the buffet offers an equally impressive array of non-vegan dishes. Succulent chicken, tender beef, and juicy prawns are just a few examples of the delectable options you'll find. The meat is cooked to perfection, marinated in a blend of fragrant spices that tantalize the taste buds. What sets this buffet apart is its commitment to authenticity. The chefs have meticulously recreated traditional Sri Lankan recipes, using time-honored techniques to deliver a true taste of the island nation. A visit to this buffet is like taking a gastronomic journey to Sri Lanka without leaving the city. The atmosphere of the buffet is warm and inviting, with friendly staff eager to assist you with any questions or requests. The comfortable seating arrangements provide a relaxing ambiance where you can savor your meal at your own pace. Overall, this Sri Lankan buffet is a culinary gem that effortlessly combines authenticity, flavor, and affordability. For just $25, you can embark on an all-you-can-eat adventure that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving more. Highly recommended for both Sri Lankan food enthusiasts and anyone seeking a unique and delicious dining experience.

Great food! Apart from having take away from here in the past, we’ve never eaten in until today, and I’m super glad we are because it was delicious! We really didn’t know what to expect but I suppose if we looked at the website it would’ve found out that it was a buffet. The set price is $25 for a place and you can go back to the buffet as much as you like. They had a great variety of meat and vegetable dishes stand out for me with the eggplant, Daral, chicken curry, but to be honest everything here was great. They also had a healthy selection of condiments for you to try with your assorted buffet delicacies, as well as both yellow rice and biryani . Alcoholic drinks like beer and cocktails were also available, but we chose for the more timid, free bottle of tapwater. Five out of five stars definitely coming back .

Our excitement to visit this eatery comes from three words: Buffet, Cheap and SriLankan.

Not quite sure of the food we were still ready to give it a go for the price. An 'unlimited' good spread (choice of Meats and Veggies) for merely $15 is a steal and thus, we were fine if we would have been disappointed.

Yet, Citrus scores high on taste, quality and options for the price you are paying for a Buffet.

Papadums, Chutney, Salad, Pickles, Rice, Pulav, Daal, Chicken Curry, Lamb Curry, Beans Curry, Lentil Curry, Beef Curry, etc at that price...and that too TASTY is amazing. The mango lassi was good and you pay extra for it.

Honestly, Citrus is the most underrated and overly criticised eatery we have come across.

Get your basics right fellow Zomatians. The family owned and family run (from cooking to washing, everything is done by the family members) eatery can either provide an amazing service for that kind of priced meal with lesser spread or service can be little slow and spread as big as it is now for that price. You cannot have the cake and eat it too. So yes, waiting is necessary. Service is slow but WARM. There can be delays but no one leaves hungry. Food re-fills could be slow but it's worth waiting. The family tries their sincere...

Incredible value, at $15 for a large takeaway vegan meal that includes 2 big scoops of rice, 4 vegetable dishes (from green beans in a coconut sauce, green mango curry, lentils, potatoes, and pumpkin; all gluten free), and 2 condiments (from coconut sambal, chilli, pineapple chutney, mango chutney, pickled lime, and kale). It comes with a bag of delicious mini papadams.

We chose all the veggies except the lentils, and everything was delicious — especially the pumpkin dish, which had a fantastic texture and flavour. The pineapple condiment was also great.

Staff were nice, although for a vegan-forward restaurant, they were not very well informed about veganism: they couldn't name which desserts, if any, were vegan, and offered us jelly (with gelatin) and, later, fried rice (with egg). If you're vegan, be careful and double (or even triple, which we had to do) check everything.

The atmosphere is lovely, although to enjoy it you would have to pay $30 a head for the eat-in buffet. The space was also VERY loud, with an incessant phone and random high-pitched beeping.

All in all, the meal we had was delicious and big enough to share, and we're already looking forward to going back, so we'd highly...
