Coffee Rush — Restaurant in Melbourne

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO HAVE ANY FOOD HERE. I saw the whole thing when I was waiting for my coffee. They reuse the old bagels and breads to pretend making new sandwiches or bagels. They even put very close to their nose to sniff the food. I guess they use their nose to decide the food is it still eatable.

I ordered a turkey bagel in the morning. I saw them threw the old spinach and cucumber, keep the old bagels, turkey breast and Brie cheese then put the new spinach to pretend they are making a new fresh bagels. I saw the cranberry sauce was dark. They just put some more on top to cover the old dark cranberry sauce. Also the old lady with the false nail is so disgusting, she touched the food without gloves. Do you know how many bacterias in your false nail? Do you know food hazard? I just threw my turkey bagels straight away after I saw how they do the food.

I ordered a latte but the barista made it like a cappuccino. Disgusting food and below average coffee. Wouldn’t recommend...

Coffee was great here, much better than Star Bucks (I dont mean to say to say that star bucks is bad they also make a damn good coffee and good fast service! But I prefer coffee rush as I love their brew and the coffee from anything from a flat white to a cuppa to a mocha etc they are all delicious! Also they have very good service, my coffee was made fast and was delicious, it is now my first thing I do for the day after my breakfast on my way to the gym! The staff are vwry friendly and when they get to know you as a regular they talk to you and have great conversations which I know is all part of the customer service but these staff members take it just a little bit further and make you feel very welcome! Breakfast 12/08/21 Breakie Roll & Coffee Coffee was a bit bitter for my taste but that’s just their particular beans I think. I get long black “served warm” which is fairly common but so many people have no idea when I ask for it, these guys got the temp perfect.

Breakie Roll had egg, bacon, hash brown, spinach, tomato and cheese on a brioche, lovely staff suggested it with aioli which was great. Really good item.

Only reason for the dropped star was covid safe stuff, I can appreciate masks being frustrating but I would rather you not wear a mask and post a notice explaining why compared to continuously adjusting while serving food like one of the team members did.
