Crust Pizza Cheltenham — Restaurant in Melbourne

We ordered three non veg pizzas (Chicken peri-peri pizza, Vietnamese Chilli cheese pizza, Supreme pizza). Our Uber driver informed us that he received two orders (3 pizzas from our order and 2 veg pizzas for other customer). The Uber driver informed us that the restaurant didn’t provide him with the different order receipts that’s the reason we received the other customer’s order i.e 2 veg pizzas and the other customer received 3 non veg pizzas which was our order. The veg pizzas consisted of feta cheese and tomatoes and my wife was allergic to the ingredients. We called Crust Cheltenham and instead of supporting us they informed us that it was the Uber driver’s fault. We waited for an hour for our pizza’s and were ultimately disappointed with the pizzas that we received. I prefer crust pizza over other pizza’s because of their taste and service but I was really disappointed with how they handled...

Absolutely outstanding experience! The pizza was perfectly cooked — thin, crispy base with fresh, flavourful toppings that tasted homemade. The Margherita had just the right balance of sauce and cheese, and the pepperoni was loaded and spicy just how we like it.

What truly made the visit memorable, though, was the service. Jack Bater was incredibly polite and welcoming from the moment we walked in. He made sure we were comfortable, gave great recommendations, and checked in on us just the right amount — not too much, not too little. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience.

Crust markets itself on the basis of fresh food, and our pizza's were good. We ordered a Hawaiian and a Moroccan Lamb, and especially with the Hawaiian, the use of sliced ham and fresh pineapple made a huge difference from what we were used to from a major chain in a nearby suburb. However, with freshness comes higher prices, as you'd expect. The Moroccan Lamb was excellent.

The only downside was delivery. Over the phone we were promised 20 minutes. With two very hungry little children we weren't happy to receive it about an hour after our call, although the driver did apologise. ...
