Crust Pizza Werribee — Restaurant in Melbourne

BBQ chicken wings were undercooked quite badly( Store closed soon after I ordered so maybe they were running late). Brownies were cold in the centre, its a fudge brownie.. they arnt meant to be cold. Brownies smelled like meat - I understand they get delivered with meat but i think that smell was from storing them in the same fridge near meat. Pizza dough was chewy and undercooked. If its not browned on the bottom..you should probably cook it longer.

Pretty much just didnt spend enough time cooking my food because it was near closing time. Should just cancel the order at 910pm if you cant get it done in time. If this wasnt ordered with doordash - i would probably just take it back and ask for...

Amazing service ! Everytime we go into the store everyone is so happy to be there the vibe is great :) the pizzas taste fantastic, the staff always help us with a deal or bundle to make it cheaper and today we went into the store to order 3 pizzas, unfortunately when we got home we realised they gave us one of the wrong pizzas, we were pretty deviated because it was our kids pizzas and they are a little fussy, I rung to inform the staff and they were so lovely to remake the pizza and get a driver to deliver it to our home. We live pretty far out from Werribee but we are absolutely stoked with how the staff are. Thankyou...

This place has a lot of good reviews so maybe my opinion is the minority. We ordered a veg supreme, peri peri chicken pizza and some gochujang wings. My wife and I found the pizzas tasted like they were loaded with sugar. I think it might be the sauce that they generously drizzle over the top. The wings, though, were the most disappointing. They tasted like they had been in the freezer for a decade. They were also completely drowned in that sugary sauce. I make a lot of wings so I know what fresh ones taste like.
