Wish could have given a zero star... I had two incidents with them. Last year, when I went with my fiend for the first time, have to wait for a while to get seated which was due to a lot of traffic. Having high expectations with food quality and service, it was on the other side of the equator. Food service was terrible. The order came in splits which kept us waiting. The cutlery provided was not cleaned and chipped off. We have to ask for replacement after bringing into their notice. They didn't excuse even.

I was holding this review as I thought I would give them another chance. Maybe they didn't had enough staff that day to take care of customer needs.

But today, I ordered using "menulog" and gave an ample amount of time for delivering food, more than an hour. I called three times after an hour to inquire about status of the order, which they told me that its just been handed over to delivery guy and it will be with me shortly. I waited another half an hour until I started calling them crazily but no answer. Now its been more than two hours since I placed my order and I am still waiting for food to deliver. Menulog web status says its on the way........

SUMMARY: Pathetic service. no sense of customer retention. FOOD TASTE GOOD BUT WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND OR ANYONE.

I visited lux Afghan yesterday and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. We were a group of six people, and three infants, and the staff was shockingly uncooperative and rude. Upon arrival, we asked if they could join the two empty tables to accommodate us, but the staff bluntly refused, stating they only had tables for four and couldn’t make adjustments for us. I could already see they have joined the tables for other families who were dining there. Despite the fact that we had infants with us, there was no effort made to accommodate or even show a bit of compassion for our situation. We were told, quite rudely, to come back later because they couldn’t serve us.

I understand that restaurants can be busy, but the lack of flexibility and the cold, dismissive attitude made the experience even worse. As a family with small children, I would expect a little more understanding and hospitality. It was truly disappointing and made us feel unwelcome.I will never go back...
