As I entered Cucina Di Gio we had high hopes after seeing some great reviews. We had checked the website beforehand, and walk ins were available, (you were only able to book a min. 6 people). So, we turned up (party of 4) and were rudely turned back by a waiter saying “we recommend you make a booking, we are fully booked”. Unfortunately the restaurant was completely empty so it was hard to believe they were fully booked, then we said that ‘your website says walk ins are recommended’ and we’re rudely told “we also recommend you ring up to book”!, which was never stated on there website.
