Stumbled upon this cafe by chance. Very friendly and attentive staff. Small amount of seating outdoors and plenty inside. I enjoyed an iced latte. The drink was cold, coffee tasty and the drink itself nicely presented. I had the smashed avo with a side of bacon. The meal was beautifully presented with the smashed avo at one end of the single piece of sourdough toast and 2 poached eggs at the other. Plenty of crumbed feta sprinkled on top and a tasty tomato chutney on the side. The meal was really lovely. Lots of other choices on the menu and an extensive sandwich menu for lunch. Absolutely delicious coffee - always get a long black and it was strong, robust and so flavorful - love their house beans. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming. After only one visit, the server remembered my partner & my coffee orders and welcomed us back with a big smile. We’ve been back several times since. Food is also hot, fresh & tasty and we’ve had many great brekkies at Thread. Prices are very fair and more affordable than other cafes in the Malvern area.
