Ahh I wish we read the reviews before sitting down there...I am very disappointed given we arrived hungry and I had to eat my partner's Parma cos my main was literally what I imagine mud would taste like. He tried it too and was disappointed. Do everyone a favour and stop serving "indian" food. That is no butter chicken and presenting it as Indian and "chefs special recipe" is a herecy. Gordon Ramsey would suicide from it. It is what I imagine mud would taste like. No idea what's in it but no flavour no salt no spices...just tasteless yellow mud. The rice was dry and blant. The bread is just plain dry blant bread, not roti. Avoid! Noone asked us mid meal or when paying how it was. If they did, I'd share feedback. Now, the staff were lovely, but what use it is, if you come to eat and a 26 dollar meal is literally pure rubbish?! Chicken parma was good, the fries were crispy, the calamari nice succulent and crispy but curry was no curry but abomination. Will not come again, change the chef and dont discredit Indian cuisine please. What huge ego the chef has or are his taste buds dead?

i ordered the butter chicken, and it wasn’t awful. it was alright. the gravy was too thin and watery, and the dish was bland and lacking flavour and seasoning. but the portion size was good. the bread was fine but the rice was extremely bland and decorated with the most random purple plant. the pizza was different but interesting and tasty. the calamari portion size was ridiculously small, i think we were given like 5 small pieces of calamari and that was it. they said the chicken was halal. nothing was worth the price.

Potatoes are deep fried, too much oil. Mushrooms are tasty and we'll prepared. Spinach was tasty. Yoghurt variations are tasty. Crossiant, banana bread are really tasty. You can have toast with butter, Vegemite in buffet also. Apple juice and orange juice are also available. Coffee they make is amazing. 2 fresh fruit are also available and menu for buffet is fixed. You will have same menu. Grilled tomatoes are awesome. Cognee is something very unique which is available as part of buffet and it's never miss one.

I am extremely extremely disappointed with the service I received from both staff this morning at Dee Casa. I have lived next door and been one of your most regular customers throughout the past 2 years and today was shocking.

I had placed an Ubereats pick up order with special instructions which were not followed the last time (last week) - I then phoned to make sure the note was received as the staff didn’t look at it on my previous order. I am also Very sick with Covid and had nominated someone to pick up for me.

For more then 40min I kept being put on hold for 7min at a time or hung up on. When I tried to explain my situation and order the staff didn’t want to listen/serve me because I was not a hotel guest.

Things only got worse when my building management at A108 granted me permission to come down to DeeCasa myself. I did not want to enter so I notified the staff I was here and outside because I did not want to put others at risk.

They refused to acknowledge that I was there. They refused to listen to me on the phone, take my call and make my order. (They were not busy) At this point I requested my order be cancelled Via the Ubereats app. This has not been done. The staff refused to complete my order or have any dealings with me and I’m extremely disappointed By this. All I was trying to do was to order some food and orange juice instead I had to put myself & others at risk to collect an order that the staff refused to complete for me.

I’ve never been so shocked by the lack of care from such persons. I am seeking a refund and an apology from the two...

Had dinner here twice. Staff Very friendly. The first time I ordered the pork rib special. Soft and tender but not much meat and tasted like any ready to eat version from a supermarket. Chips were great and the salad fresh. Unfortunately I got hungry an hour later. The second time I ordered the Best brushetta I have ever tasted and the lamb backstrap. As tender as the lamb was, it lacked seasoning and was dry. The roasted potatoes, grilled beans and beetroot were Perfect. Pet peave. Both times the protein was placed on Top of the potatoes. Makes it difficult to cut the protein and access the potatoes. On the second occassion I happened to be dining during happy hour. I ordered an esspresso martini. The lovely young lady who made, made it PERFECTLY. Would I dine here again? Yes. Convenient to where I stay. I wouldn't mind trying most...
