Desi Pie - Clayton — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ok, so we had food from desi pie once before, maybe when it started coming on uber eats and it was alright so never ordered it again. But today, i could not decide what to get for dinner so just ordered even though it was EXPENSIVE on the app. But boy! I was not dissapointed. I ordered pani puri with hing water and mint water. Mint water was alright but hing water was amazing. Also i ordered tandoori paneer pizza and yes it was somewhat like india. It was awfully small for the price and idk why there was a piece of cheese with it and it tasted good but it just felt like home. Loved it loved it loved it.... Immediately after eating i wanted to order 2 more pizza's but my partner held me down looking at the price. All in all . Thank you....

Terrible Experience at Desi Pie

I asked could I get a single plate of panipuri for takeaway—they said yes clearly. After waiting 15 minutes, they packed two plates and told me they don’t do takeaway for just one. I had already paid $20 in cash and expected $10 change, but then they claimed there's a $20 minimum for takeaway due to "plastic cover charges"—which they never mentioned earlier shit ever.

Even I asked I don’t want two she said sorry. Worst place

Very poor communication, bad service, and the food wasn’t even good....

I will upload the pictures and videos , to show how the owner of this food truck actually is. Also while doing the payment he was forcing us to pay by cash. Zero civic sense , super arrogant. It’s my humble request to all females that if you are planning to visit this place be aware of this man. He is very aggressive. One important point by chance if you visit this place it is very unhygienic. The panipuri water dispenser was so dirty not even properly washed. Overall it’s the worst experience i had...
