I've got to tell you about this hidden gem in Clayton, Melbourne. It's called Taste of Egg food truck, and it's every egg lover's dream come true. It's just like those sizzling roadside egg stalls you'd find in India - a complete street food experience right in our backyard.

Now, I tried a few dishes, but the real standouts were the Chef's Special and Mughlai. Served with fluffy roti or pav, the flavours were just out of this world. It was like having a little party in my mouth!
