I recently visited the Domino’s Pizza branch in Footscray, and the experience was a mix of positives and areas for improvement.

The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was taken quickly despite the bustling environment. The store itself was clean, and the seating area was tidy, though limited, which might make it less ideal for dine-in customers during peak hours.

As for the food, the pizzas were consistent with Domino’s standards—hot, fresh, and flavorful. I ordered the Pepperoni and Vegorama pizzas, both of which had a good balance of toppings and were evenly cooked. However, the crust could have been crispier, especially for the Thin & Crispy option. The garlic bread and chicken wings were satisfactory, but not exceptional.

What stood out was the speed of service. My order was ready within 10 minutes, which was impressive for a busy evening. The pricing is budget-friendly, especially with the deals available through the app. However, the quality control could be better; one of the pizzas had uneven topping distribution.

Seriously disappointing. I’ve always have gone through domino’s for my goto pizza joint for years but on 3 separate occasions they have made mistakes on my order. To the point they never made my order and I waited over an hour then called, was spoken over the top of before I could even explain what was in my order. Then they sent me the wrong order. Refused to rectify the situation. I wasn’t in the slightest disgruntled or upset it’s still food. Anyone who decides to order dominos through Menulog give the restaurant a call 5 minutes after placing your order to make sure they received it. In my opinion seems all too much and will just order food...

Ordered delivery on New Year’s Eve 31-12-21. Never received order, I can understand being busy on New Year’s Eve. But to receive not contact from store was an absolutely terrible experience. Tried calling the store several times last night, call kept being redirected to voicemail. Seems like they shut down the store because they didn’t want to work New Year’s Eve. Had to log online form request to ask for money back.

Normally get delivery from the maribyrnong store which has always provided great service, but it looks like the app automatically forces my delivery requests from the Footscray store now.

Don’t expect this dominions to delivery...
