We stayed at Big4 Holiday Park. And wanted some local fish and chips.
I read reviews about this place. And they were "Spot on". It was by far very fresh fish. The guy who runs the store told m they got the fresh fish in the morning. They have pre-cooked flake. I asked that I wanted mine freshly cooked. I can tell you it was " Amazing" melts in your mouth. It was succulent, not dry. Made my day! It was nice and golden and not overly cooked. Just the way I like it. The chips are the same, with amazing taste and flavour. In all honesty, it's very rare to find places like this!

Note: the flake is not battered on the spot as I saw my fish sitting on the fry rack above the deep fryer for goodness knows how long . Won’t be back...
