Rude staff. I dont usually write reviews but the experience was bad enough to do one. A tall young lady with black curly hair made us feel horrible when our baby accidentally spilt our drink. She was unprofessional and unfriendly, raising her eyebrows and shaking her head without saying anything. That's some harsh behaviour. She was not far away when she started shouting, "OH WHAT A DAY, OH GOD WHAT A DAY!" She clearly couldn't hide her emotions and we felt unwelcomed. Been twice. The food is very good however the staff are not... unless they know you. If you're not a regular expect to be an imposition to them. Expect to wait forever to be served and then wait and wait and wait some more. At times we have felt like we are unwelcome as we watch those known arrived later but get served before us and receive lots more attention. I tried to get the really loud and over the top accented waitresses attention with 'excuse me' only to be have her abruptly switch off her charm and bark 'yes!?'.
