Came in on a Saturday afternoon store was not very busy placed an order for a family meal and some tenders. Upon returning to collect my order after a trip to Woolworths, my order was on the counter I asked the staff member if everything was in the bag I was assured it was. Once I arrived home I noticed 2 whole chickens were missing. Upon calling customer service I was told to receive a refund I would have to drive 20 minutes back to the store, which is unacceptable. The customer service rep then asked me to send an email with my order details a copy of my EFT transaction from my bank statement and some other details. I received confirmation via email that this would be taken care of asap. Over 24 hours have past and still I have not received any information on what's happening. I spent $82 and received less that half of the items I ordered I'm fortunate enough that I was able to get something else for dinner I'd hate to imagine someone less fortunate put in this position.
Very poor customer service, I can't comment on the food as I did not receive it.
Have to edit my review as an update on the situation has occurred.
I had to go into the store to request a refund after the customer service was pathetic and I was told the manager denied my refund but I could have a $40 voucher via email which I responded to and received no response for 24+ hours.
I will say the young man managing the store on 25/06 at around 5pm his name is Leo does a wonderful job is very polite and understanding and helpful did everything to help me. However the manager I had to speak to on the phone unsure of his name had less of an idea and a complete lack of social skills and tried to tell me due to me receiving half the food it was only a small mistake so I only deserve half a refund. I then had to convince him I was entitled to a full refund which he then agreed to and authorised Leo ( the absolute legend...

What I loved
The chicken absolutely fresh and delicious. The charcoal is perfect, not burnt but chicken is cooked well and not pink inside. Most importantly the chicken is cleaned well and no chicken hair on the chicken. The chips were fresh and did not have an after oil taste (indicating old oil) , the salt was great amount. The chips were crispy. The fattoush was so good. I literally inspected every veggie in the salad cos I’m a reviewer and I can hands down say that every ingredient was crisp and fresh. Not soggy capsicum and not soggy cheap tomato. Some places do this and you can tell but this el jannah did not and was super fresh. You can tell it was made today and not left over salad. Food was 10/10 Staff - friendly, attentive, great customer service skills and well mannered. The girl that served me, scarf girl with dark skin was very friendly, and had great manner and respectful.
Store was clean and as soon as people finished I noticed staff cleaning table right away which I love seeing.
What can be improved add more than 2 piece bread as I think the bread is not enough and to get extra bread costs quite abit. ( I understand the whole inflation thing but I think paying $22 should be reasonable to add one more piece extra bread.
the chips were not enough. I think add but more chips for the price of the meal.
the fattoush $12 although expensive tbh but I think it’s worth it cos it’s yummy and considering the containers used with extra packaging for sauce and bread etc, I don’t mind paying the $12 for the fattoush. But for the deluxe meal I think it should be added one more piece of bread AND...
