Seem to have had a bit of a bad experience here.

We came in tonight to dine in, and I decided quickly against it because of a few reasons.

There was no ambience, no music, all you could hear was the chefs in the kitchen shouting, I get that, but there's a limit before it impacts your dining room. Customer service was terrible, while taking our order the woman was trying to rush us to finish ordering, in a seemingly aggressive manner.

My partner who ordered with me, asked the same woman to change our order to takeaway, and even though she took our order and we were the only customers in the venue, didn't know what we had.

At one stage everyone was around on their phones.

Food good, not great. Drinks orders were messed up completely, then out of stock. Instead of Napkins we were given some Interleaved hand towel straight out if their dispenser.

Went to burgertory in niddrie and man it was awsome. Customer service was great staff definitely make you feel welcome. Me and my partner ordered the Michael burger which I added 3 more patty's to my burger and man the burger was nice a big, juicy and crunchy. I ordered mac n cheese which was just basic for me but the onion rings and mac n cheese bites hit different. Onion rings had some spices on it that made it even more delicious and man n cheese bites was crunchy on the outside but tasty and creamy on the inside. To end it all I got the donut fries with chocolate dipping and it was amazing definitely have to try it. All food came out fresh. Thank you to the staff for making our experience even better. With price it was only higher because I added extra patty's but if I didn't then you would only spend between 20 - 40 dollars...
