Went to store today to use a gift voucher and staff would not honour it. Girl was lovely and she handled it well but after two calls to management they said they would ring me back next week. Explained I live in Frankston and have come in only to get a present for someone and have no need to get the item after today. Before trying to process sale the sales assistant said they had a new system. I can only presume someone at Christmas time did not know how to use the new system and processed incorrectly. I have worked with customers all my life and if a voucher was presented that is clearly new with a qr code as a receipt it would be honoured and the mistake could be sorted out later, rather then inconvenience the customer further. Especially if you know your system is new. The reason I have to buy a present for someone else is that I am a size 12 and there was nothing in the store that would have fit me. There were 3 woman in the store assisting 2 men when I walked in, they were finalising a transaction. I received, no greeting, no acknowledgement, no smile no nothing. After looking around for 3-4 minuets and then still receiving no acknowledgement I waited at the register for what felt like an eternity before a brunette lady appearing to chew gum asked me "what you after hun" I asked her if she had "X" and she looked me up and down and responded "no hun whatever" I looked at her and asked would she know where I could locate it elsewhere she stared at me again looking disinterested and semi frustrated and said " we will order it in if your going to buy it" well, I didn't tell her that it was a gift specifically AKA a sure sale but her attitude and lack of service deterred me from wanting to do so. I have never worked into a more uncomfortable environment in the past and although I often shops PE Nation and C&M I would not be willing to shop with this boutique because I was made to feel completely judged...

The size up on the website was out of stock so I reached out via email to organise a Credit Note and the Togah team went over and above to help me. They managed to track down a larger size and not only that but they met me in person to do a size exchange. I really appreciate all of the help they offered. I would shop here again and recommend the experience to others. Very trustworthy...
