I decided to try this place because of good review and now i regret it, i bought 2 pho soup, spring roll, wonton n fried chicken with rice, first the pho was cold i had to reheat it, there wasnt much meat but instead too much noodle the soup base had a funky taste to it, second the wontons was pink in the middle and dont get me started with spring rolls were flat like a pancake i had never ever had spring roll like that. N to make things worse the free prawn crackers they give you was only 6 pieces of crackers, most asian restaurant they give you a big bag of prawn crackers but this one gave us a tiny bag, after spending 82 im so disappointed. Will not come back here ever again, obviously the other reviews here are fake or they get they family n friends to write a review.

One of the best pho soups I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot!). I had this takeaway as I’m recovering from a cold, and it hit the spot. So flavoursome and authentic. You don’t need to add anything to it, as the broth is delicious - my benchmark for any great broth. The waitress asked if I’d like my meat cooked or raw. I always choose raw, as the meat is so thin that it cooks instantly when added to the soup. To ensure this, I tend to give the broth a quick zap in the microwave if it’s takeaway, *before* putting the meat in, as I like it piping hot. A friendly, warm atmosphere. I look forward to introducing my family to my new regular pho restaurant. Thank you 🍜 😊

I’ve visited this place a few times before, and while the food usually tastes nice, this time I had a disappointing and concerning experience. I was served a few pieces of sour and spoiled bean curd, which unfortunately led to food poisoning and a case of diarrhea shortly after. Food safety is essential, and it’s something this restaurant needs to take more seriously to protect its customers.

Came tonight for a bite to eat after work with the kids. Had been driving past and excited to try considering there are not many Vietnamese cuisine restaurants in Niddrie/North West area, and though a new additional to Keilor Rd!

Starters - Spring rolls were nice and crispy, however small ($12 for 4 spring rolls, the size of a pinkie finger). Fillings were the bare minimum. Rice paper rolls large but it is chocked with lettuce and noodles to bulk it up (1 piece of pork and 1 prawn cut in 2 is not sufficient protein).

Had fried rice and crispy noodles for the kids, with a prawn omelette. Prawn omelette the most disappointing, no special XO/hoisin or oyster sauce. Crispy noodles combination, has 1 prawn, bok choy and chewy overcooked pork. Sauce was salty and lacked depth of flavour.

We asked for extra sharing plates for our 4 kids, got provided 1. Strange. Servings are small, the fried rice is barely enough for 2 large adults.

Final straw was when I asked to return to have some sauce added to the parn omlette, I was refused, what's worse was the waitress took the food to the back, only to return it to let us know the chef said we can 'add our own' using the bottles on the table. As she explained this, she held our food under her chin as she spoke. Completely lacking any hygiene or sense of customer service.

All up $100 for 2.5 adults, we left hungry and disappointed. Won't be returning unfortunately. So much potential with location but overpriced and underwhelming food and service. Didn't bother ordering drinks, and weren't asked either, but $8 for coconut juice when it's $12 for 4 at the local grocery store. That's over a 100% mark up. Pass thanks.

I provided the feedback when making payment, as it needed to be said, got giving a 10% discount but then charged 1.5% surcharge on the FULL BILL. Cost of living this money would've been better spent on home cooked meals for 5 days.

Perhaps might be an idea to not speak Vietnamese to one another about my feedback, when I can understand every word said.

Green Bamboo down the road is a more pleasant experience, waitresses are at least friendly and food with flavour.

Give it a miss, plenty of other places you can enjoy.

I am not one to write negative reviews, but when management shows a lack of customer service or acknowledgement of their errors, something needs to be said.

Working in restaurants for over 15 years managements response justifying prices is poor and undermines the customers experience, and brushes off their opinions without taking responsibility for the poor service or food...

Bad day for me and my friends ever. I ordered wonton soup for my son. The wonton pastry is still dough and uncooked! We tell the staff straight away, and the owner comes up and offers the recook with the discount. But I decided to order the new dish, which is a combination fried rice. The fried rice comes with more disappointed. The combination of tiny pieces of porks with frozen vegetables. And the frozen greenbean still frozen inside. We are so hungry and leave the restaurant with disappointed. I will not be back.

We went back last week, Thursday, 14/8/25, for dinner after you had changed the owner and we think we should have a better experience. Ordered mixed spring rolls and chicken pho. The meat spring rolls are still red inside / uncooked. My son and I have food poisoning and stomachache at night and...

We were there this week and place was not that busy however it was tough trying to get attention of any staff to get a table. Once seated, waiter took our order and we waited for our order to arrive. Table was very dirty and sticky, we wiped it down ourselves and as other people were being seated at other tables they were getting their meals before we even received our entree's. It was like we were invisible, waiting staff was running around like headless chooks . We wanted to give them sometime as we could see they were not on top of things, after more than 30 minutes we approached the main cashier asking about status of our meal. They had no idea what was going on and they said " sorry we lost your order". i'd recommend to visit elsewhere as service and cleanliness is not at an...
