Falooda House Hampton Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying the mango shake at “Falooda house Hampton,” and it was nothing short of a disaster.

To start with, the shake tasted like it was made from overripe, borderline rotten mangoes. The flavor was overwhelmingly sour and had a distinct unpleasant aftertaste that lingered long after I finished drinking it. It was evident that the mangoes used were not of good quality or freshness.

Furthermore, the color of the shake was off-putting. Instead of the vibrant yellow hue you would expect from a mango shake, this one was an unnatural, fluorescent shade of orange. It looked artificial and made me question what kind of additives or artificial coloring agents were used in its preparation.

The texture of the shake was also disappointing. It was watery and lacked the creamy consistency that a good mango shake should have. It felt like I was drinking diluted mango-flavored water rather than a satisfying, indulgent treat.

Overall, I would strongly advise against trying the mango shake at “Falooda hous.” It’s a far cry from what a mango shake should be, and the taste, color, and texture are all indicative of poor quality ingredients and subpar preparation. Agha Juice is a chain and this is actually not the closest one to my house, but because of the exceptional customer service of the staff working in this Hampton Park location who always are so accommodating and smiling, I drive slightly out of my way to go only to this juice bar in the evening..

You are greeted with genuinely friendly faces and the sugarcane juice are the selling points!! This place closes at 11 pm!! After hot yoga, come here and get a sugarcane and celery juice and u feel amazing!!

I bring my own bottle to not use plastic and they don’t look at me funny like some other staff have done at other places!

They really listen to what you want in your order and strive to make it the best!!

It's nice to have an ice-cream/fruit juice smoothie bar opened till late in the area but customer service needs work.

Especially when trying to handle more than 2 X group orders. We were first group to order 2 items, 3 more groups of people come in and we were waiting for our order still after everyone left (was just ice cream and milkshake) needs work - & no they weren't phone orders. Like us they walked up to cashier and spent mins perusing the menu before ordering.

Also updating menu signage in store, when you ask for items that are showing on display only to be told it's not available (same response after more than 2 visits at different times) its easy to remove the photo signs .
