Didn’t take me long to make this my new obsession. When I arrived in Victoria 6 years ago I made it my mission to find a bubble tea shop that makes bubble tea I actually like. Unlike every other shop I’ve been to, Tastea Bubbles actually use fresh natural ingredients and flavours and don’t use milk supplements or artificial sweeteners which just masks the fake milk taste. Their drinks are delicious, various and addictive. I have not yet walked away dissatisfied. The owners, Henry, and his wife, are two of the most friendly people I’ve met and they pride their connections with their customers that they are even sociable enough to stop and take an interest in having a chat and a laugh with you I have been now coming to Tastea Bubbles for a little over 3 months, and I am there 3x a week and I would come every day if my bank account would only allow it. For those who wouldn’t know what to choose, my recommendation would be to try a single flavoured milk tea to get a sense of the experience you’ll have, and then you can explore the multiple choices from their standing menu with pictures to attract your tastebuds

Everything made with fresh fruit, soooo good. And the prices are very reasonable. There was only person working but he was so friendly and made all three drinks quickly. The boba is cooked well, not hard and the teas had the right amount of sweetness. Definitely will be coming back to try more. Peach fruit tea, brown sugar pearl milk tea, mango fruit tea w/ strawberry popping pearls.

Lovely mango passionfruit with small chunks of fruit and lychee pearls. Rose lychee milk tea was very nice also. Other bubble tea places can have the tea too strong with powdered mixes but this has real fruit and you can tell, first time my wife has convinced me that bubble tea can compete with a fruit smoothie. Flavour balanced nicely, we'll be back, thank you.

I've been eagerly waiting for this place to open up and loved what I got today! So excited to finally have a relatively close bubble tea shop now.

I had a lovely matcha red bean crush! Matcha is my favourite and is ALWAYS my go to for bubble tea drinks.

This one was delicious and refreshing. It comes in a nice large size, and there was some whipped cream on the top (very yummy). There was some matcha sprinkled on top the whipped cream too! Very aesthetically pleasingšŸ’…

The red bean tastes far better and fresher than most other places I've been to. Most other places and franchises have beans that aren't as flavourful and feel like the wrong consistency. This place has nice beans šŸ‘

It has been awhile since I had a satisfying matcha drink!...

Love the teas from here plus the service from the owners is great. They will always go above and beyond to make you exactly what you need & they also will explain what’s what in them. That’s what I love. They listen to their customers whether it’s constructive criticism from you or what. They care and will do their best to accommodate you. Sometimes you may wait for a while. Because there’s only 2 people who work there. But I’d rather wait for the best than go around the corner and get something that’s not as nice. Plus it just shows how good they are when they’re really busyšŸ‘Keep...
