Horrible Customer service. The lady is very rude in her tone, facial expression and the body language. I went there to buy $44 cake with $5 voucher. She started making faces when she came to know about the voucher. Also, I clearly mentioned that I want the name written on the cake before I made payment, as soon as the payment was made she put a chocolate plaque with already written happy Birthday, the finger prints could be seen on the plaque and the writing was fading away. So i requested I didn't want it. She rudely said it wouldn't happen because she wont give refund. She showed horrible Customer service and manners too. Firstly I thought the service was really good as they kept calling me to give me quotes and also for me to come and discuss further about the cake. Finally after visiting them 4 times I placed my order of a cake that had a standing truck on it and asked the owner if the cake is going to be exactly the same as the photo I had provided and with full confidence she tells me "yes exactly the same." Next morning I receice a call again from the chef saying that the truck will not be edible and he will only put a toy truck on top. Also they have done this because Coles supermarkets opposite has small hot drinks in store as a self serve option for cheap as! I have been ripped off several times with my rewards. The owner saying there is no free drink when there was. They deliberately freeze their computer screen on the card rewards so that the barcode on all smartphones or cards don’t get recognised. Then the staff member lies to say it has gone through. If you challenge them it will only result in a disagreement.
