Dear Team,

As a regular patron of your restaurant, I was looking forward to enjoying a delicious meal with a friend at lunch today. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our visit.

First, my friend's chicken schnitzel was overcooked, burnt, and tough despite the new herb crumb. While your team kindly replaced it with lamb roast, I noticed a significant difference in the quality of the gravy used.

Regarding my salmon fillet, I was surprised by its portion size for a $24 main—it seemed smaller than an entrée. Your portions are typically generous; I've even seen larger servings in your senior meals! I hope this was just an off day for your team.

As someone with a barramundi allergy, I was disappointed that the staff couldn't confirm the contents of the battered fish and chips, despite their efforts. While they did confirm that the grilled fish was barramundi, the uncertainty around allergen information can be critical for customers like myself. Accurate ingredient information is crucial, especially for those with severe allergies to nuts, sesame, dairy, soy, and others, who could face serious consequences if not disclosed correctly. I understand the challenges in a shared environment, but clear and accurate communication is essential for customer safety.

Lastly, I was disappointed to learn that Alaskan pollock has been removed from the menu, as it was one of the fish options I enjoyed. Salmon is another safe option for me

On a positive note, the Lemon, Lime, and Bitters were delicious, and so were the coffee and berry cheesecake.

Thank you for considering...

WESTFIELD FOUNTAIN GATE is huge if you are new to the CENTRE. FIRSTLY being new its best to rember where u park your car maybe take a photo of the pillons color & number. SECONDLY find the concierge desk out the front of KMark to get a store location. Sometimes stores close & move to a new location within the center or maybe closed all together. I went this weekend looking for my granddaughters grade 12 graduation dress. I grabbed a guide cause these type of stores I never visit, so they ticked the best stores which showed were they were located. In the 3 & 4 store we pieced together her outfit. A shorts pants suit with leopard on the bodice and black bottom from TEMPT & a beautiful jacket to match perfectly from FOREVER NEW.Then we popped into BRA N THINGS to have her first ever proper bra fitted the lady who did the fitting put her to ease instantly. She picked 4 bras for her to try on when she thought this was the one she then asked did she have her outfit with her saying yes she asked would she mind trying on her outfit for her, which she did. Two more attendants came to look at her & made a fuss over it. It was just what she needed. She had the biggest smile after that. The store I wanted to locate I thought I knew where they were so this time I asked the concierge desk who told me the store closed & is no longer at Fountain Gate. So I a asked otherwise I would have kept...

We had the pleasure in having our baby Brother's 21st birthday celebrations at FG Hotel in May, which was a win for us as it is always booked way out months in advance (yes have tried for over 5+ events already ha ha) & its quite safe to say it was well worth it. Ami and the staff at FGH were incredible, Ami was always a charm to work with, and staff on the nite (bartenders, chefs & security) were professional and always so attentive aswell as friendly. The food was great, bar drinks range was extensive and the Venue itself was brilliant, had all the facilities, nuts and bolts needed to have the perfect birthday occasion with our family and friends. All extras we're always a breeze to include (ie our own sweets & decorations etc) even tho the package we selected had everything covered from foods, drinks, photobooth & decorations.. everyyyttthhiinngggg was covered to a T. The genuine and authentic nature of Ami and her staff made it so easy for us associate and flow with. Our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded by miles. Thank you Ami, Zina & FGH Krew, will highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using for future events! Many Blessings, from...

Unfortunately, our visit to Fountain Gate Hotel didn’t live up to expectations. We ordered the parmas, and they were small, rubbery, and just didn’t match the price in terms of quality. If we hadn’t used the app discount (which gives you $10 off when you sign up), we would’ve felt even more disappointed paying full price. The waitress serving us was lovely and did a great job no complaints there. However, the dining area where you actually eat looks very outdated, almost like an aged care facility, which really clashes with the more modern look of the bar area. The overall vibe just felt mismatched and underwhelming. Hoping to see some improvements, especially with the food quality and dining atmosphere.

Place didn’t seem busy, but it’s Monday night so I didn’t expect it to be packed. Staff was lovely. Good on the other hand…. I ordered Mac and cheese aranchini…. There was no rice in it, none that I can see, it was basically mac and cheese balls… 5 of them for 20$… The Parma was very avarage, every third bite you had that chewy bit of the chicken and you just couldn’t swallow it…. Ordered a rib eye, I asked for it medium rare to rare… it came out cooked. Pretty much well done, the photo speaks for itself. Mash was not nice, needs more butter, tasted powderey Mushroom sauce tasted like the one you can buy in the can at Coles. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the food here at all.
