Was arrived there around 7pm at my table. 5 sec later the waitress already asked what is my order, feel super rushed!! Anyway orders placed right away as she staring at us and wanted the order but she didn’t even asked what we want to drink. About 5 min later the crab spring roll is served, and we wanted to order drink and again this waitress ask what would we like to drink but we have no clue cause we never given the drink menu. Long story short, we waited about 30min and our main orders never arrived, the table next to us which is came way after us already got their food, so we asked the waitress are we going to get our food and no response!!!! Waited another 5 min asked another waitress to tell us what’s going on and she said will come another 5 mins, At this point we already waited 40min and no foods and not after demanding answer, We been told that they LOST our order!!!! You hurry us up whole time and kept us waiting nearly 1 hour for our food??!!!! So we end leave the place and 1 good waitress said please wait she will give us the food free of charge to take away, that a nice gesture but my appetite it’s already ruined!!! Read moreBad service. Not recomeded for family with a small baby!!! I booked 1 hour session for 6 adults 1 baby. I tried to book a longer session but it was in vain. I ordered in 5 mins, waited 20-25 mins for food, waited my family’s friends 5 mins then feeding my baby 15 mins. When I myself just ate 5 mins, a staff reminded that we only had 10 mins in the session. I explained that the food was a bit slow and my table were all elderly people and a baby. She told me that she DID NOT think the food was slow. Then, 3 staffs continued disterupting our efforts (every 1-2 minutes) to finish the food within our last 8 minutes by giving more water, cleaning up dishes, reminding about rules. They tried to reminded us that Time’s up while we tried to finish within the Allocated time? First, you should not answer your customers with that tone “I dinnot think…”. Please check your camera before you say if you want to talk about rules. Second, it’s very rude with these behaviours. We are all adults and we rather leaving unfinished food than begging for a spot in your restaurant. I understand that you have to follow 1-hour session policy but PLEASE resonable, owner! Despite being loyal patrons for years, celebrating countless birthdays and special occasions with our children, we were met with truly abysmal service. We patiently waited an agonizing 45 minutes for a table, only to be offered an outdoor spot. Hoping for a warmer, more comfortable experience inside, we politely inquired about an indoor table. What followed was another twenty minutes of standing in the cold, utterly neglected, before the same staff member again offered us an outdoor table—this time, the most undesirable one, farthest from any heater. When we expressed our dismay to the server, explaining that we had now been waiting for over an hour and simply wished for an indoor table, her response was a curt, unsympathetic "no." There were no explanations, no apologies, just a flat refusal that felt dismissive and disrespectful. After years of cherished memories, this utterly uncaring encounter has left us with no choice but to take our business elsewhere.
