Four Larks Cafe Function & Catering — Restaurant in Melbourne

What an absolute gem!! If I could give Peter and the team at Four Larks even more than 5 stars I would. I booked this venue for my 40th and was delighted by all aspects of the experience. Peter was incredibly responsive from the very first enquiry and made time for a viewing, explaining all the options clearly and helping me design the perfect package with exceptional value for money. The venue was stunning, a great size with beautiful ambiance that transitions perfectly from day to night! The booking process was effortless and included all the options we could have asked for, from sound, lighting, projectors, decorations and private parking! The menu options were delicious and came out hot and right on time, being able to have 'substantial' canape options ensured all the guests were well fed. The Bar service was exemplary, Mario and Carlos looked after our guests as though they were their own and everyone had the most incredible night! I have eaten at Four Larks several times and the food and coffee is great. My review however is for the venue for a function.

I had my wedding reception at Four Larks on December 1st, we had 70-75 guests arrive for a 7pm - 12:30am event.

Peter was amazing. He is extremely organised and switched on but calm and carefree. He helped us decorate on the day of the wedding and remained stress free and happy helping us all ease our nerves and feel relaxed.

When it was show time the venue was beautiful! I remember walking in after our ceremony and being so surprised at how lively and fresh the venue was. The grazing table and flowers and candles were magical.

The staff on the night were attentive and kind. Peter and Mario especially. They had everything covered and ensured everything went smoothly.

We hosted my sisters Bridal Shower at Four Larks Cafe and it was an amazing event. From the moment I met with Peter, he was incredibly helpful and really went out of his way to help me and my sisters bridesmaids organise the perfect bridal shower. On the day both Peter and Mario were wonderful. The event space itself is beautiful, and the venue comes with great inclusions such as the beautiful vine roof with fairy lights, balloon arch, cake stands and easels - plus you can still customise the space to suit your event. We had a floral theme with a high tea lunch served up on beautiful platters and a wonderful grazing table which was an absolute hit.
