Four Season's Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Melbourne

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing establishment, and I have to say, it's hands down the best in the northern suburbs! The standout dish for me was definitely the fried chicken, which was simply divine. The outer coating was perfectly crisped, while the inside was tender and juicy, making for a truly delightful culinary experience. I can still remember the delicious flavors dancing on my taste buds!

What really made my visit to this restaurant memorable, however, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was part of their community, and that really made all the difference.

The only downside to this restaurant was that the space was a bit limited, with only around three tables available inside. However, this didn't detract from my overall experience at all. In fact, it added to the cozy, intimate vibe of the place, which was perfect for a relaxing meal.

The chips were good and crispy but the guy did not drain the oil out long enough, I watched and there was a lot of oil left. The store was NOT busy at all so why the rush? The seasoning on chips is noticeably sweeter than other places, heavily seasoned. The charcoal chicken was alright but unbalanced seasoning there was too much rosemary which is a very strong herb. The filling inside is dry and doesn't taste right like other chooks. The gravy is your average watery filler slop with no real substance. Went for a cheap feed option and chose this outlet for their Chicken, Chips and drinks combo with few expectations but... Wow their charcoal chicken is the bomb! So tender and tasty. The generous portion of chips was hot, tasty and seasoned to perfection. Staff look like they don't get to laugh much but in the end it appears that facade is quite easy to crack....
