Fried Hustle — Restaurant in Melbourne

I've been here a few times and have enjoyed it each time. The fried chicken is fantastic; hot, crispy and juicy. I can't put my finger on what herbs they put in the coating but it's quite different to any other fried chicken in Melbourne. The chips are also deliciously crunchy.

All the burgers I've had here have been really good. My only criticism would be that the beef patties seem to be cooked a little under for my taste. Not sure if they're grinding their own mince, but if not, I don't think they should be served pink in the centre.

Dine in is a bit sparce, with the door being opened and left open so regularly by uber drivers it gets pretty freezing in the shop during winter.

I've also ordered off uber eats a few times and the chicken arrived surprisingly still hot and crispy after travelling to Coburg North (ordered outside of rush hour).

All in all Fried Hustle is a great spot and I definitely recommend...

Fried Hustle have some pretty nice food and the Chicken was really nice and juicy however I think the servings are a bit inconsistent, if I pay $16 for a Chicken Burger I expect it to be put together a little bit better, There seemed to be little to no care at all put in to making the Burger I ordered, I'm not fussy but if I'm paying a premium price I kind of expect a premium product.. I am not sure if I would be a return customer as I feel things are rather over priced, if I'm honest I think Fried Hustle need to make a few changes as they have a hell of a lot of potential. This was seriously the most disappointing version of cheeseburger loaded fries I’ve ever had. If you’re going to offer a vegan option please take the time to get quality products. There are so many versions of tofu mince out there and I literally got a box of soggy fries covered in ketchup, with two slices of plain tofu on top. And where’s the melty cheeze?!?!? It came with about 1/4teaspoon of what appeared to be vegan cheese sprinkles for the whole thing. I’m being generous about this portion btw. Covering it in nutritional yeast flakes would’ve done a better job. In no way resembled a vegan version of what was ordered. If you’re looking for vegan comfort food, save yourself the $16...
