I ordered the "shepherd pie" (actually just an ordinary minced beef pie with potato top, not a shepherd's pie) right after the person ahead of me ordered a cheese and spinach roll. The staff member took both orders and then picked out just the roll and heated it, then gave it to the other customer, and only then put my pie into the warmer. Both items were warmed for the same length of time and could easily have gone in together. The pie, having been warmed in its foil "tin", was soggy and stuck to the tin so it couldn't be lifted out. In extricating it, I tore most of the pastry off the bottom and had to eat it with a fork. The outside was burning hot, while the centre was still a little cold.

biscoff chiller is both beautiful and delicious they were not any with the sauce AND crumbles which made amazing presentation. you could really taste that perfect ratio of milky to biscoff. staff were also very friendly and store is well decorated with that cozy cottagecore vibe

I ordered the beef brisket Toastkini, and it was easily one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The only Passable part of this meal was the brisket. Apart from that, The bread was disgustingly soggy, completely ruining the texture. Inside, they had carelessly thrown in seemed like canned capsicums and chunks of pickles, creating a combination that was downright horrible. The overall taste was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend the toastkinis.

I recommend that this resturant switch from what seems like microwaving the bread to actually toasting the "toastkinis". Please also, review your own meals. Because the flavour of all the ingredients combined tastes off.

The staff were friendly and nothing against them but they lack expertise in cooking.

Just one of the young (new) staff members need to RELAX. I was just waiting for my coffee for 8-12 minutes and I was looking into the coffee machine while she was making coffee, she knew I was waiting for a long time, out of nowhere she just spoke up and said "just wait, you will get your coffee". I was shocked, I didn't even say nothing at all, not even at the start I was just waiting and looking quietly. She got some attitude, need to CHILLAX.
