I’ve always loved this GYG and the staff, going there quite frequently multiple times a week.

However today they forgot to add chips and guacamole into my order and i had gone home to a disappointing box. I then went back and politely informed them that they missed some items and as it’s been 30 minutes since it has been prepared, if they could remake it to keep the food warm. Ordered a latè and a hot chocolate, Girl made the latè and then started a 10 minute chat with a guy across the counter then proceeded to make the hot chocolate. Wich resulted in her handing me the latè cold. Her co-worker was obviously uncomfortable with her not caring. I gave back the latè and had to rush back to work. She left a 10minute gap between the latè and the hot chocolate. my coffee break is 20 minutes wich I spent just watching her chat to some guy wasted my money
