I love Heytea and am a regular customer, however my order has been incorrect too many times that I just had to write this. I basically always only order Cloud Matcha SHAKES, but the representative always seems to give me a latte instead. Today, the same thing happened, I clearly ordered a shake at the counter. After I got my receipt I sat down and after 2 minutes checked it; it was a latte so I went back and told them I ordered a shake not a latte and to see if they had made the drink already so they could give me what I ordered. They said it was already made. I pointed to the sign that says "if you're unhappy with your drink we can remake it" but they said we already made it and it's new. So refused to remake it.

The wait was over 30 mins and orders were prepared and given out randomly. My order had no modifications and people who had come and ordered after me were given theirs well before me. Some people who ordered after me only had to wait 15 mins or sometimes less? Despite having my order number called I was told it wasn't ready and they were just starting on it, so why call it out??? I get that it's new and that it's super busy but make it make sense. Also a suggestion is having the order screen up on a bigger screen above the counter instead of on the side on a small screen. Maybe replace the screen that's repeatedly playing the London Soho...
