One of our favourite places to get bingsu has recently opened in Clayton! I love that itās so conveniently located to me and in an area where you can easily get to. Iāve had many of their bingsu flavours before and some drinks.
This time we got: Mango Bingsu ($16) - Refreshing as it always is & only $16, the portion is massive for $16. Coconut Brioche Buns ($14) - I really liked these, they were so warm and so fluffy, the pandan sauce was a good addition too. My brother says add some butter to the roll because it tastes even better. Matcha Crown Croissant ($18.5) - A croissant that has a good amount of sauce and toppings. We loved that it came with boba pearls & icecream. Matcha Latte ($6) - the matcha that they have is actually top tier, itās so good, comparable to Toriās matcha. Hot Chocolate ($6) - This was so smooth and creamy and NOT too sweet!
I definitely recommend Bing Chillin for your next dessert hang out spot! It has been my fave since I tried the Doncaster store and I am very happy that Clayton has them now...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's probably one the best bingsu we had in a while and has a great location in Clayton! It is very convenient as I live close by. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The price was cheap with all flavours costing 16$ each!
The bingsu we tried: Ube ~ Very tasty and the ube was very strong, goes well with condensed milk and tapioca pearls. Mango ~ Refreshing and goes well with the toppings + condensed milk. Thai ~ Strong taste, very similar towards Thai Milk Tea.
Drinks we had: Hot Matcha (6$) ~ Super nice + cute dog Hot Black Sesame Latte (6$) ~ Not too sweet but still very nice + another cute dog Ice Chocolate (7$) ~ soo good!
I highly recommended trying Bing Chillin for anyone, a unique dessert that everyone would like.
There will be more visits to come, as the prices are cheaper than Scoopy (with their store permanently closed in Glen Waverley) and also the flavours in Bing Chillin...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe tried both the mango and lychee bingsu, and it was an incredibly satisfying way to end the night. The mango bingsu was delightful, with the condiments served separately, allowing us to add them at our own pace and savor the entire bowl.
Unfortunately, the lychee bingsu didnāt quite live up to the mango one. We ordered coconut jelly as an extra on the side & had to request condensed milk separately, as it wasnāt offered with the lychee bingsu by default.
Despite it being a busy Thursday evening, the service was quick and efficient, with friendly staff always serving with a smile. However, the only downside was the cleanliness of the tables. They were extremely sticky, and we had to switch tables twice due to this issue. Only if staff could clean the tables more thoroughly after each customer.
Overall, despite the minor inconvenience, this place has become a new favorite...
