Good Friday is when I'm posting this and when I got there at 11:30 am I asked for the Pulled Beef snackbox, and they tell me they got the pulled beef but not the cheese and BBQ sauce toppings to go with it. So I decided to get Super stunner meals instead of them and ask them to exchange the drumstick mini for small sundae which can be done as said on the menu, but I was charged an extra 50c for Oreo which turned out to be for an Oreo Storm even though what I got was a sundae. For the chicken snack boxes I asked for Sweet Chilli sauce and they said they didn't have so I asked for spicy sauce instead. When I got home I was shocked to see they didn't include it. Not only did they not have what I want at an early time they should have had, but I also ended up paying more for less. The food and such was good but still, this is unacceptable. I recently visited Hungry Jack's Scoresby and had a somewhat mixed experience. The burgers were tasty, and the drive-thru service was quick. However, I encountered an issue with my order.

I specifically requested chips without salt through the drive-thru, but when I received my order, the chips had salt on them. I drove back to the restaurant and politely informed the staff about the mistake. They apologized and provided a new batch of unsalted chips, although it took around 15 minutes.
