Ordered: iced matcha latte w soy milk chicken avo and cuban panini (toasted) Total spent around: $50

Went around noon on a Sunday; it wasn't too busy for a weekend (it's a little out of the way since it's at the corner of the city), so we got our orders pretty quick. The drinks came first, then the panini.

The matcha was a little sweetened but not too sweet, which I enjoyed (I like more bitter flavours and don't take my tea sweetened etc for your reference). The panini was delicious and flavourful, and was perfectly crispy after being toasted.

The perfect combination for a breakfast/lunch or brunch. I'd like to come back to try some of the other stuff as well later down the track!

I also have to mention the interior is quite light in colour and even though it's a small cafe, it looks spacious since they worked well with the space, so if you like to take photos or enjoy a peaceful japani vibe, then this...

Cafe was good, vibes are nice and drinks are decent!

Maybe just a lil feedback. I know y'all put condensed milk in your matcha (and I actually like it that way) but, I think it might be a good idea to tell people that since it's a nonstandard ingredient.

The couple of times I've been I was never told that it was used or asked if it I'd be okay with it when asking for soy matcha and only found out by coincidence. My lactose intolerance isn't that bad (luckily lol) but, I thought it might cause issues would people with more severe cases or that might have an allergy.

I know it's up to the customer to disclose if they have any allergies or intolerances but, like when I'm asking for a soy matcha I wouldn't be expecting any milk let alone condensed milk in there.

Otherwise chill cafe. Would recommend maybe just always double check with staff regarding...

First visit was good, second visit is def my last. Very bad overpriced coffee, lukewarm although I requested extra hot and to top it up, unfriendly guy with a sour face who’s apparently selective in his friendliness probably based on customers look. Very friendly and welcoming towards certain people and super careless and dour towards Others?! You decide you wanna support small businesses and this is what you get. Nah duck that. Shame I forgot to throw their loyalty...

Karomi Cafe is a hidden gem! The coffee is top-notch, and their selection of pastries is always fresh and delicious. The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall great experience. Definitely a must-visit for any coffee lover or matcha lover!

Adzi and Bryan were hardworking and kind. They provide great hospitality and keeps everyone happy. Although their customer Kyle yaps a lot but he has a great sense of humor and fashion sense and inspiring apartments stories. The matcha (6.5/10) was not the best but it was the people in there made the whole experience a 9/10.
