RUDEļ¼ļ¼ļ¼I would rate 0 if there is an option. Most terrible service I have ever had in my all dining out experience. Honestly, the food was not bad. As a big fan of noodles, I have to say theyāve got delicious ones, but I was not in the mood to eat any food that I ordered because the two waitress, a middle-aged one and an old one were SOOO RUDE. I never thought people with that attitude could be capable of serving customers in a restaurant. What they have done was just ignoring you and yelling at you. Iāll list some of my experiences that day below. 1, when I entered, the middle-aged lady at the front counter just glimpsed me and then coldly said, Scan the check-in code! Without any smile, greeting or using the words of courtesylike please or Thanks. She was literally giving me orders. 2, After I completed check-in, she was like, choose any table you like, still no smile, no eye contact. After I took my seat, the lady was coming with a menu, which was RUDELY left on my table. She then left with saying Come to front counter to order once you are ready. ( ITS MY FIRST TIME IN AUSTRALIA TO ORDER FOOD AT COUNTER ON MY OWN AT A NON FAST- FOOD RESTAURANT). 3, I thought that was the end of all bad experiences that day. What happened next even mad me angrier tho. This time was an old lady. This lady had changed one of my old views that old ladies are always kind and easy going. She was at the front counter when I was going to pay. I was gonna pay by card in the first place, but she said card is not acceptable here. Then I was like Oh I didnāt know that! I said it with a joking tone. It turned out my words seemed to provoke her and she yelled at me Are you not seeing this slip here? Everyone knows it! I then looked it with care. It was a tiny slip with a sign of NO CARD! It ended up with that I asked my friends to send me cash there. I was sooo angry, so I left without saying anything. However, I clearly, heard she was complaining with a grumbling tone after I turned around to leaveļ¼ This is pretty much of it and Iām not exaggerating nor distorting the truth at all. A few of my friends told me about the similar bad service experience they received there. I mean, in a civilised country, people with that kind of serving attitude are not supposed to be serving customers!!! No one wants to visit a restaurant where gives you a feeling that you are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe WORST customer service ever in the planet, the lady who stands in the front I believe also the owner of the restaurant she is the WORST! I went there couple years ago wanting to order, I donāt eat pork so I enquired the dish on the menu asking whatās in the dish, sheās like I donāt know, I donāt work in the kitchen, without offering more help and just stood there, how am I suppose to know whatās in the dish if it didnāt indicate on the menu, as a staff of the restaurant, she just stood there and give you the worst face ever. I canāt remember what exactly she said after but she were like we own her money or something, so rude towards the customer. Today after a few years I ordered take away from the shop thinking things might change after the few years, her attitude still the same, as soon as I walked into the shop I said hi Iām here to pick up my take away, she speaks in her native language even I speak English with her, despite I keep communicate in English with her she still using her own language to talk to me, and make me feel like Iām stupid, turns out I ordered food from another XinJiang Restaurant which share the similar name as this one and just open not long ago, she makes me feel so unwelcomeed every time when I stepped in to the shop and always having an ugly face toward me, she shouldnāt really own this restaurant, her restaurant should really been shut down due to her attitude- Literally THE WORST, no Respect! I would have -10 score...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time there was at least 10 years ago, introduced by my Hui ethnic friend. Was amazed how delicious the food are. Since then, I visited this restaurant a few times. I recently had another pleasure of dining at this authentic Uyghur restaurant with a few friends, and I must say it was an extraordinary culinary experience. From the moment you step in, the ambiance exudes warmth and the staff's genuine hospitality makes you feel right at home. Not really because it was a very very hot 38 degrees dayEach dish is a masterpiece, meticulously prepared with a perfect blend of spices and flavors. The Uyghur Lamb Kebabs were a highlight ā succulent and perfectly grilled, capturing the essence of traditional Uyghur barbecue. The hand-pulled Laghman noodles were a revelation ā chewy, flavorful, and paired with a savory sauce that left my taste buds craving for more. The Samsa, filled with savory meats and spices, were a perfect blend of flaky pastry and savory goodness. There was some rumours the owner has changed. No, not at all. Still the Uyghur lady, welcome all of usSaw some commentaries regarding services were not a pleasant. Just be patient, they are just so busyWill definitely...
