KFC Caulfield — Restaurant in Melbourne

Worst customer service ever. This is the first and last I will visit this KFC branch. They had no chicken for fast food - this is a joke. I did an online order and went in to pick up and had to wait 30minutes to get my order where others were getting their orders first. What is the reason of an online order so I don't have to order in and wait in a que to get my food hence taking that time to do an online order and pay. So if this KFC cannot keep up to the demands they should close this branch down cos honestly they take the customers for granted because this KFC expects to be supported becos most customers are students and it is by the train station...if this spot was such a good option for business then why treat customers this way. No communication the staff did not even mention to anyone that we must wait for chicken they just make customers look at them. The one staff also said to the other at the cash desk - don't do any more orders from the people that were in the que ready to order. I was flabagasted. I couldn't believe my ears. This was a classic experience and this is a place I will not be going back to ever again and will tell my friends to. And the original chicken pieces were like tiny pieces smaller than other KFC robbing us people. Original pieces are not micro mini chicken pieces it's quite expensive and to get this kind of quality and customer service...guys (students) maybe change ur diets or actually try another KFC branch and see the difference for yourselves. This place is very bad. Customer service and quality size of food. That are not doing you guys right. Check for yourselves I've been to many other KFC branches and this was by far the first KFC that serves this sized chicken pieces to...

I go here far too often but it's constantly 15 min or more wait, not enough staff, too cheap to hire adults and cooks. It's always filthy, food everywhere, pigeons.

Any time you express consternation about the excessive wait times, it's met with blank stares

Edit: I am very, very, very fed up with the owner giving these BS stock responses and doing exactly NOTHING to improve the situation.

We know you're cheap, lazy and complacent. Quit being a miser and hire some capable adults who know how to run basic customer service operations.

Lord knows I've applied enough times.

It's clear you do not care and have no intention of improving anything that'll cost you a single cent.

Do better and quit being a half-assed cheapskate. Bother to invest in training, cleaning and proper staffing.

Until then spare me.

This owner responds to every complaint by asking us to go through the backdoor system, which can be hidden and fobbed off.

IGNORE THAT.

Make your complaints as public as possible if there's to be any option of improvement.

Edit: Now seems like the time to mention about a year ago I complained about poor service and attitude and the staffer was so rude and combative he called the police. They attended and found no standing.

Literally the worst business I have ever, ever dealt with and I am a veteran of hospo and call...

There was a guy working on Friday 19/7/24 at around 6:30 pm. He is absolutely the worst at his job, costumer service and manners. I don’t know his name but he has brown skin and black hair, was wearing a black shirt and no hat. He must be the manager. He was extremely rude. First of all, he doesn’t know how to use the system to take orders. He wasn’t willing to take my order and was dismissive. One of the junior staff knew more than he did. But also they were all chatty chatty giggling around and flirting. They were not working at all. But also the so called “manager” got like 5 or 6 things wrong in my order and refused to check my order for it. He didn’t include half my stuff in my order and when I told him it’s not there he said just “it’s all in there just go home”. I always check my orders before I leave the shop so I opened up everything in front of him to show but he wouldn’t look. When I finally got his attention he just threw me some chips and sauce and didn’t say a word. He was disgusting and horribly rude. Will never be back at kfc ever again. Also all the other staff members just mock around and work instead of working. I will be following this with kfc...
