So Disappointing !!!

My wife and I have come here many times in the past. Our last visit was about a year ago. This time when we arrived at about 7.00pm, only one table was occupied….Unfortunately, we soon understood why. Our Margarita Pizza took an unreasonable time to arrive. This pizza was totally different to what we remembered from our last visit. This time there was too much cheese, and the pastry was thicker around the edges, with a very different “floury” viscosity than before. This time the Lamb Chops dish (which I fondly remember from our last visit) were almost burned on one side and medium grilled on the other. The meat was dry and tasteless. Instead of the “REAL” Salad that came with this dish, this time the “Salad” was chopped into very small “cubes”. This time the potatoes were dry and nothing like the “Italian Style” Lemonata potatoes we enjoyed last time. The “savior” was the Whole Flounder dish. The Flounder was good, BUT the Spinach was smothered with far too much Lemon. …..Then there was the very unwelcome noise level. Although the restaurant was practically empty, the kitchen staff were continually chatting and laughing so loudly that it significantly disturbed our dining experience. We were so disappointed that we asked the waitress whether the establishment had changed hands over the past 12 months or so. She confirmed that it had indeed. Updated I decided to give them another go and had a much better experience this time ordering through Doordash. It appears they have changed their menu which cannot be updated apparently. Upon looking into to this, I still see all their online menus are not updated only their instore dining and paper takeout menu. I would suggest the owner update the menus on Zwift and Square.

I was given the choice of 3 sauces to choose from as they longer make a red wine jus. Garlic sause was the definite winner. Although its not the best steak in town, for me when I'm needing a night off cooking it is good enough.

Old review I ordered the Eye Fillet which as per the menu is suppose to come with a red wine jus mashed potatoes and green beans. What I received instead was a mushroom sauce that I can't eat due to an intolerance and a sad looking salad. To top of my disappointment the steak if the worst cooked piece I've ever seen. It's not charred (as it also states it would be on the menu) I asked for medium rare and instead recieved something medium to done.

Massive disappointment, do not recommend. Perhaps their pizzas or...

I was delivering for Doordash and had a very frustrating experience here. I waited over 25 minutes for the order while the staff ignored me and prioritized dine-in customers. No one acknowledged the delay or offered an apology, even though I had already told them I was waiting on a delivery.

When they finally handed me the order, I started walking out, but they insisted I mark the pickup in front of them. I said I’d do it while walking, since I’d already wasted so much time. That’s when the owner, who had been sitting in the corner the entire time, ran after me, demanded I mark it in front of him, and then yelled at me to never come back, as if I’d want to.

Even if their food is great, I wouldn’t return, even as a customer, because of the way they treated me as a delivery worker. I truly hope the staff are at least treated fairly, because based on how they treated me, it makes me wonder. For the long delay I experienced, I hope they’re not overworked or being...
