Ebonee I can only assume you mean the table I was at. You have no idea how we were treated from the time we sat down. No water was offered to the table. Our drinks order wasn't taken for 35 minutes. At this point we were told we couldn't order for 20 more minutes cos they were so busy (the place still had plenty of seats not filled.) This is fine and understandable, but at that point he could have bought water to us right there and then? Another table noticed the lack of drinks and bought their own water to our table so the kids could have a drink. We ordered at the till (no table service for us) so we had already all paid for food and drinks that were never to arrive. The situation escalated once our drinks started to be bought over and were wrong, unable to be made and half an hour passed between first and last drink finally making it to the table. We told them we wanted to leave as by that time 1 hour and 15 minutes had passed and no food or water had arrived, and one child in particular was not coping. So we wanted to leave FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU! So you could enjoy your dinner and we could remove ourselves from the situation. Once we were at the counter and no staff member could work out how to refund on eftpos, we stood around for 15 minutes having money tediously counted out into our hands. I'm glad you had a good night, tho I wonder if you would really give 5 stars had you not witnessed the apparent spectacle of me an incredibly rude lady wanting money back from a restaurant who despite our booking, couldn't serve us, no drinks or anything at all at the table for 50 minutes, couldn't make a milkshake (8 dollars for frothy milk), didn't bring water to the table, made us order at the counter like it was a pub, couldn't work the til and did not deal with anything well at all. Everyone else eating in the restaurant were there after us, so it would have been easy to look up and judge with a mouthful of enchilada. I hope u are never treated the way we were on a special birthday occasion. No kidding, I have no idea how this place has any 5 star ratings, but I guess if you don't know the food and service industry, and you get sloshed on margaritas you'd give...

Never left a review on a restaurant before but this place was so bad that I feel inclined to warn people about it. The food was shockingly bad, we asked for tacos with beef but they only had chicken, so we got that and I’m 90% sure the chicken was straight out of a can with absolutely no seasoning at all, there was NO flavour. We also got a fishbowl margarita which tasted okay at best and would have been fine if it wasn’t for the literal 7 strands of hair that we found mixed in the drink, we stopped drinking after that and left so god knows how much hair was lurking deeper down in the bowl. We also had nachos and fajitas which were both pathetic excuses for meals, not to mention the fact we paid $100 for everything, complete waste of money and time, I’m warning you, DO...

Terrible customer service. Uncomfortable seating. Took forever to take our order, took forever to get our meals out that ended up being Taco Bill quality food, just with a change of name. Ordered a meal and was told it was going to take 30min. After 10 minutes I decided to cancel the order due to the customer service and wanting to leave, to be told I couldn’t cancel once I’ve ordered and they’ll give me the meal to cook in my oven at home.
