La Q Woodfire Pizza & Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Melbourne

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST JOINT EVER!!!! First off I ordered it was a Friday night so got a 10-15 min wait so hit the bottle shop grabbed a case of beer in carry bags whilst already wearing an obviously full backpack but when I got back my order had been lost and not even started to which I was told another 10-25 min wait or I could have my money back!!! Simple answer when you haven't wasted your time cooking it but I did get a chair and a glass of water....yeah super! Anyways I asked the head waitress to ensure they use penne pasta as I'd requested but she endured me there was no need they had the order in front of them all would be fine...famous last words I got home to fettuccine after a 30min wait and an attempt to brush me off with an easy refund no harm to them no problem so I rang and complained and was asked get this "what I wanted them to do?" to which I replied "MY MONEY BACK!!!!!" Which I had to return to get and the pasta sucked even though it was nuked to reheat it it still sucked a teaspoon of bacon and barely enough sauce to cover the pasta an absolute joke posing as a Kew restaurant it's just there for the local customers because NO ONE WITH HALF A BRAIN WOULD TRAVEL MORE THAN 100mtrs there and that's a long walk. But that was my experience I won't be wasting my time...

I ordered first time with this place, online through their website, got confirmation email $50 cash delivery order, after 2.5 hours I started ringing them, 30 times, no answer, engaged signal, they blocked my number, cause they couldn't forfill the order didn't want to do cash deal, rang them on the other phone answered straight away was lied too straight off, they told me it's on the way, never showed up at , at all, not phone call from them nothing, there's a voice in the background of the gutless for the night manager, they deliberately put a guy to answer the phone who can bearly speaks English, while they others whisper what to say, blocked both of my numbers, NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS ! ORDERED FROM THEM 610PM, finally got dinner, elsewhere 945pm. I will need to now see what these jokers look like, I WOULDNT ORDER...
