Fantastic steaks. Table of four, & four perfectly cooked steaks, perfectly chargrilled, beautiful grill flavour & aroma. The steaks themselves were thick cut, full of flavour tender & juicy. Mine was a rare 350gm Wagyu rump & it was awesome! I didn't try other steaks around the table but my friends were in rapture & I could see they were perfectly cooked. The crispy onions are a must 😋. Perfect sauces. Basic but yum sides. Great entrees. Pate was excellent. Constructive criticism - I personally am not a fan of tv's in a restaurant. Not sure if Marbl is trying to be a sports bar or a restaurant. I hope a restaurant & they get rid of the TV's. Other point, while the food service was spot on, our server was sharp as a razor & great) our drinks service was very slow. The glass of Pinot (& a friend's drink) I ordered halfway through entrees didn't arrive until I was already well into my steak for mains. We had to ask (not our servers fault) & it still took a while. The restaurant wasn't busy. That's something that needs to improve pronto. But on the whole this place is awesome, the steaks are & food in general is fantastic, it's not overpriced, & we had a great dinner with great friends in a great restaurant - thanks Marbl we will be back 👍

Had a great experience at Marbld in Port Melbourne — solid, affordable steakhouse with friendly service and quality food. Staff were helpful with recommendations, and everything from the ordering process to the meal itself felt smooth and welcoming. Highlight for me was definitely the eye fillet — tender, juicy, lean, and cooked just right. Compared to that, the porterhouse was expectedly fattier and a bit tougher, but still decent value at around $20 cheaper. Really enjoyed the salad and onion crisps — they added a nice crunch and freshness to the meal. Chips were just okay, and a few of the fried sides came out a bit cold, but nothing that ruined the experience. The mushroom sauce was creamy and tasty, although slightly on the sweet side for my palate. I also noticed the steaks were lightly seasoned, but I appreciated being able to salt them to taste. Wait time was around 30 minutes, which was reasonable for a busy evening. Overall, a solid spot if you’re after a satisfying steak without breaking the bank.

I'm picky with Steak. But, I have to admit it that the steak I ate in Marbl Steakhouse Port Melbourne was THE BEST steak I've ever eaten in a long long time! We ordered the Rib Eye on the bone (and some other side dish) and we all loved it! Our steaks were cooked to perfection. We would definitely come back here again. 😊 Keep up the good work! Forgot to mention that Jason the manager was so friendly and always made sure our orders were cooked to perfection. The guy that was in charge behind the bar always made sure (by checking the glasses on the lights) that the glasses were spotless for the customer, even the waitress did that too. We can tell that everyone loves to give their best to their customers. One of the best teams we've seen in a fine dining restaurant! 👍👍👍

My wife and I are steak lovers and live on the Sunshine Coast, and we’re here to tell you that you’ve never tasted an eye fillet steak and onion rings quite like the ones at Marbl in Port Melbourne. There’s simply no comparison. We’ve dined there three times now, and every experience has been nothing short of perfect.

The steak at Marbl is in a league of its own. The eye fillet melts in your mouth, is cooked to absolute perfection, and bursting with flavor thanks to its incredible marbling. It’s the kind of steak that raises the bar, once you’ve had it, no other steak can compare. The texture is flawless, and the rich, buttery taste lingers long after the last bite. We always order the onion rings as a side, and they’re just as impressive. Crispy on the outside and light on the inside, they complement the steak beautifully and are so delicious that they’re hard to stop eating.

But it’s not just the food that brings us back, it’s the exceptional service. The team at Marbl is always attentive, professional, and friendly, making every visit feel like a special occasion. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations, they go above and beyond to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

Marbl has truly mastered the art of great steak and incredible hospitality. We’ve dined at many places, but Marbl’s eye fillet and onion rings have set the bar so high that every other steakhouse just doesn’t measure up. If you find yourself in Port Melbourne (or are willing to travel for that perfect steak), Marbl is an absolute must try. You won’t regret it! We need one of these steak houses on the Sunshine...

Short review: This place is great!!! Long review: Small and intimate, not somewhere you'd go for people watching or a instagramable ''vibe'' however food & service was fantastic. Family run style environment. When i said i hadn't dined at Marbl before i was told ''welcome to the family''. Wine & dining is my thing and I'm definitely a fussy steak gal but safe to say I was impressed. I've tried steaks from all the current well known places - san telmo, asado, grill americano, meat & wine, angus& bon etc and this was by FAR the best. Price point could not be beaten. Price included chips ( and a lot of them at that) mushroom sauce was so yummy. We also had the onion side which was great. Staff really attentive, checking in to make sure everything was okay and offering to change my steak when i'd eaten half of it just because i said it was a tad more medium than medium-rare. (i refused, there was no need it was still fine) My only two critiques would be that (surprisingly) the food came out super fast - we were in and out in an hour, which isn't a huge issue - but from perception viewpoint - the restaurant went from full to empty pretty quick between bookings which might not be the best for the owners. My only other minor critique is that the menu is small - besides steak there is maybe 1 other dish and only 2 sides. Would love to see some other sides added like mac&cheese, broccolini, a green salad etc however being a new place i'm sure it's to come. Overall, i would absolutely be back (& i don't...
