Never before have I written a review for a restaurant without having ordered something or had a true experience there. That being said, I feel so compelled to write in because of how I was treated as a potential patron. My partner and I walked into a half empty restaurant and asked to see a menu. We were briskly handed a menu by one of the wait staff who immediately returned to a seemingly tedious task without bothering to tell us to let him know if we had questions or when we decided if we would like a seat. Fine, no worries, I can move past that one. As we stood looking at the menu, another waiter, who was carrying a drink and needed to go around us, very impatiently said, "um, excuse me" to us as a way to get us to move. I understand what it's like to have someone in your way when you are attempting to complete a task or serve another customer but his response to our apology was, "um, yeah." Within seconds of that encounter we were approached by a man who appeared to be higher management (by his attire) who walked past and said, "you know you can just take that menu with you, you don't have to stand there and look at it." Needless to say, my partner and I left the menu and the restaurant without a backward glance. To be treated so indifferently and rudely by three different staff members when we were simply deciding where we wanted to dine and if the menu had the options that we were looking for is just unacceptable customer service coming from someone who works in that business. The restaurant caught our eye from across the street because of the lively music and decor. We were truly looking forward to giving it a chance and exploring their menu; however, there's just no way to give a place a chance to prove themselves if they don't even want you to walk...

We are a group of Vietnamese people, we can confirm that it’s hard to make a fusion of Vietnamese food with Western style. HanoiMee food is too good to be true.
Shout out to our waiters as Peter and Ennis for recommending the food and taking care of our table. It was sooo sooo gooooooooood!
We will absolutely come back and recommend it to our other friends! The whole group still talking about HanoiMee for three days after so I decided to write a review. Thank you for creating memories with good food, good friends and beautiful...
Read moreI have been a regular customer past couple of years, (Basically placing same order on repeat) Food is delicious but today I have been treated very poorly by stuff. I have ordered vegetarian noodles and requested NO MEAT Called them up to make sure they understood the order. When I received the order and my meal had a meat in it, so I called up and asked about it... they provided me with Uber number but unfortunately they advised me that someone from restaurant has to call them to resolve the issue. I got a phone call back from one of the stuff that was extremely rude - yelling at me that I’m making their life difficult and not to order there anymore, along with other rude things. I’m feeling really upset and I think this could be resolved differently, especially that I am very regular customer and been coming to dine there with family and friends on regular basis.... I have been recommending this restaurant many times. I am currently pregnant and this left me quite distressed.... and shocked that someone can speak to the customer like this. Very very...
