The chefs make the noodles to order (you can see them do this right in front of you) the expertise is amazing and exciting. While the menu is simple the food on offer is delicious. For me the braised beef was the best of the bunch, it felt more hearty on a cold winters night. The chilli oil on the table is delicious!

It lukewarm, almost bordering on cold. This should have been my first sign that it was not fresh at all. The following day, I had bad food poisoning which I suspect was from the cold noodles which were meant to be hot.
