If I could give zero stars, I would.
This place is without doubt one of the worst venues I’ve ever stepped foot in. I booked online, accidentally chose the wrong time, but when I arrived, they seated us anyway. I politely asked to be moved to the lounge once available (the only reason I booked this place in the first place). At first they agreed, then changed their minds because they wanted to shuffle us to another table not by our request, by theirs. When I reminded them again about the lounge, the waitress snapped back, “You’ve already moved. You can’t move again.” Excuse me? It’s not your decision.
After calling them over five separate times just to take a basic order, it finally happened nearly an hour later. Coffee eventually arrived after another ridiculous wait. Then came the food: one miserable platter of dips and a so-called cake that was nothing short of a disgrace. Crunchy, stale, with a random blob of cream thrown on the side it literally tasted like eating bark.
When I politely raised it with the waitress, she got snarky, raised her voice, and acted like we were the problem. One of my friends had to tell her to calm down because she was flat-out rude. Her excuse? “We’ve sold 25 of these cakes tonight.” I don’t care if you sold 25 or 2,500 if the one you put in front of me tastes like garbage, then it tastes like garbage. Arguing with paying customers instead of fixing the problem is beyond unprofessional.
We arrived at 7:30pm. We were still waiting to order at 10pm. We finally escaped just before 12:50am almost five and a half hours wasted on abysmal service, rude staff, and food not even fit for a petrol station shelf.
To top it off, the couch in the lounge stank actually smelt dirty. You want people to pay to sit on that? Clean your damn furniture.
This wasn’t just bad service. This was a mockery of hospitality. Mediocre staff, mediocre food, and an absolute embarrassment of a venue. Not even worth a single star.
Final word: never again. Avoid this place like the plague, bread dry enough to give someone a concussion, cake atrocious looked like a porcupine, dips 2 spoonfuls absolutely tasteless! Btw the $10 water was amazing I bought a slab for $22 online. And judging by your other reviews I’d suggest taking notes on quality...

It was a horrible horrible experience for the first time. Food wasn’t authentic. Tabouli tasted nothing like tabouli. Pita and dips we were told they serve 4 people and came with pita but they were Turkish bread and we were served 2 small pieces of Turkish bread on one and 3 in the other. I specifically asked for my cake to be put in the freezer twice on arrival and when we asked for it to be brought out at 8pm we had to ask several times until it finally got brought out to us at 8.47pm and it was completely melted and ruined and the staff ran away. No one had the decency or courtesy to come up to me and tell me that they had ruined my cake, they just lit it up with candles and sparklers and brought it out completely humiliating me in front of everyone with a melted flat cake.
I asked to speak to a manager and 15 minutes later asking them twice where the manager was, the server came out and told us he wasn’t there and she’d like to offer a 10% discount and a free desert. There is a 10% surcharge on weekends so I already know that there was no discount given at all and I didn’t want a free desert. I wanted to be compensated for the cake $70 and a 45 minute drive to pick it up each way and in 38 degree heat I brought it to the venue and kept it all in one piece not even slightly melted.
I was disgusted by the lack of respect we were given. Lack of communication between them and not even a manager we could speak to. I was just told to call the number online if I wanted to speak to someone yet when I call that number it says it’s no longer in service.
I’ve now read the online reviews and can see people get heckled and hassled to leave 5 star reviews which is why the business constantly has 5 star reviews posted every 15 minutes on google. Completely painting the business to be something it is NOT at ALL!!!!
I am absolutely disgusted. Being 4 months pregnant and having such a horrible experience the stress it caused having to argue with the waitress because she was offering a 10% discount on food that tasted awful and then ruining my birthday cake and not even getting an apology. I will tell everyone I know to never go here ever. It was the worst...

We had the absolute worst experience at Mint and Co. We went there to celebrate a birthday, but instead, we left horrified.
The restaurant was quiet, yet everything we requested took anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour to arrive. We had an ice cream cake that we confirmed ahead of time we could bring. We specifically asked for it to be brought out at 8 PM to end the night on a high note. Instead, we waited and waited, repeatedly asking multiple servers to bring it out, and it finally arrived at 8:46 PM—completely melted and looking awful.
We called for a manager, and it took another 10-15 minutes for someone to show up while the cake continued to melt in front of us. The staff member in charge that night, "Kay", was specifically instructed when we arrived that the cake needed to go in the freezer. She assured us that it was no problem, but when confronted, she blamed another staff member for putting it aside instead of properly storing it.
Beyond this disaster, the service was shockingly bad. A "new" staff member was supposedly in charge of our area, yet there were at least four servers walking in and out. Simple requests like salt and pepper or a takeaway container took over 45 minutes.
Not only was the service ridiculously slow, but the food itself was also nothing special—definitely not worth the price or the frustration. By the time our cake finally came out, it was a complete disaster, and instead of taking responsibility, management just made excuses and shifted blame.
We came to celebrate, but instead, we left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly disgusted by how poorly everything was handled. A simple request—putting an ice cream cake in the freezer—was too much for them to manage, and if they can’t handle something that basic, I wouldn’t trust them with anything else.
If you care about good service, decent food, or even just basic professionalism, avoid Mint and Co. at all costs. This place is an absolute joke, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
