We were invited to Mint and Co a seriously cool venue like a treasure trove of Aladdin’s secret cave. We were seated for breakfast in the casual shisha space but the dining room has an amazing atmosphere and is fully decked out Arabian nights style. There’s even a really cool private space you can book which will make you feel like your in the Middle East. The space we were in was great too and had a beautiful fireplace providing some much needed warmth from the rainy day. We had the most generously portioned breakfast, it was absolutely unbeatable value. I had the breakfast board for one which could have easily fed two. It looked unbelievably appealing and tasted just as good. My dining companion had a an equally sizeable dish the sucuk sandwich which she absolutely loved. It was impossible for us to finish everything given we had also ordered a healthier option in the granola so luckily we got to take it home. I also had a really refreshing watermelon juice as well as a flavoursome chai latte. The staff were utterly delightful you really felt the warm hospitality and the food was sensational, will definitely be returning for dinner

My friends and I really enjoyed Mint & Co. We went on a Saturday night without a reservation and, even though it was quite busy, we waited for less than 10 minutes to get seated. The shisha is very expensive (starting from $50), but very enjoyable. All mocktails (there are no alcoholic drinks available) are $14 and the tea is $8.99 for small, or $16.99 for large. The Mint Tea was very nice. Service is mixed — on one hand, guys come around non-stop to ensure that the shisha is still going. On the other, we asked to for water 3 times over 45 minutes until we got some. Although the washroom is really nice, the actual toilet is falling apart and wasn’t clean. Loved the branding everywhere, but the interior is a bit strange — it felt like multiple ideas by different people were thrown in together... like a trendy lounge meeting a low-end Dubai shisha spot... Overall, we definitely will come back to experience the atmosphere once again — it was definitely a cool evening! Recommendation — change the music to modern middle Eastern tunes!!

I visited this restaurant few times and eventually I decided to write this review. At the entrance the security guards are not as friendly as they are expected to be. It also generally takes a long time for the order to be served. Some of the food options are not as great as you expect them to be. For instance in my recent visit I ordered the rice plav which the ginger and other spices were over used in it which had changed the overall taste of the meal. It is a beautiful place and with a very good location however, it does not meet your expectations. In my recent visit, I noticed a mouse around the restaurant which was freely running around the floor, entertaining some customers while some were frightened to see it. When I reported it to the staff, they did not seem to be bothered by that and as if that was a quite acceptable and routine hygiene situation in their restaurant. I hope the owner and the management take action to make it worth it for the customers and let the customers have a better experience of this place.

The location is nicely secluded in a side street and the restaurant has a nice open area for Shisha and the back thats closed in and used for dining purposes. The Whirling Dervish Banquet was ordered and the amount of food for the price is great! You feel satisfied and surpises every expectation. From the Entees to the Mains and especially the Dessert. This Chicken was perfectly spicey and the dips are beautiful. The Yemeni Lamb Mandi was great but the Butter Chicken was amazing. The portion sizes were large. The Salad was very specific and tasted fruity. The Desert was Kunefe which was amazing and really filling! Overall one of the better restaurants to go to and ticks all the boxes of a great experiance of Middle Eastern cuisine!

Had booked this place to celebrate a friend’s milestone birthday. It was a horrible experience. The birthday girl was a bit disappointed. Had ordered kadak chai and it took them more than an hour to serve 5 chai. The lamb in the non veg platter was undercooked and chewy. The staff had to be called every time to serve plates and cutlery. They didn’t even serve water until asked for. The staff were courteous and friendly even after being called to serve multiple times. Unfortunately I have given 2 stars, I don’t know if the place was super busy that night or they were understaffed. But overall it wasn’t a great experience with food and service, but the place deserves a 4 star for the vibrant atmosphere.

I recently had the Turkish breakfast here, and it was fantastic—every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. The variety of items on the breakfast board felt both authentic and indulgent, a wonderful combination of textures and tastes. One of the highlights was the unlimited tea, which perfectly complemented the entire meal. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better, thank you for the beautiful young lady with the lovely tradition outfit . Highly recommended for anyone craving a warm, satisfying start to their day!
