Colourful Yunnan — Restaurant in Melbourne

excellent food and amazing service as a matter as fact it was a long story that my partner bought me a take-out spicy chicken noodles couple of weeks ago at night. I found there was only noodles with several small pieces of chicken when I got to have the chicken noodle. I felt so wired and was wondering if they forget to put chicken in my noodle. I was going to talk with their staff on the phone about this issue.However, it was closed then and the following next day was Sunday when they are normally closed. I was too lazy to complain the next Monday. I got some extra chicken after I dined here and told the staff that issue today. They also apologized for that and did a really excellent service today. What I want to say is that thank you guys and I really appreciat it. Highly recommended...

Great and tasty Chinese food. The fried rice is with good flavor and ham, the chicken is really tender, the veggie beans are great with good amount of ground pork, the soy sauce flavored pig leg is also very soft and chewy, the spicy pot with beef and lamb is on a intermediate spicy level, and with noodles combined, and the rice wine is poured in green little cute cups with lemon pieces in each. the spicy shrimps are soooo gooood The service is also better than some other Chinese restaurants, the Food also delivered fast. This is THE place for yunnan cusine in Melbourne. The chicken broth for the Bridge Crossing Rice Noodles is full of umami and almost sweet. The garish may not be the best among those other yunnan noodles place, but broth is good enough to drop in for a visit. Just wished they put more chicken oil in the broth to make it more authentic, but hey, it's just me, I think most people would prefer a lighter broth. The fried rice dishes are also super nice too, full of wok toasted flavour. My personal favourite is the spare ribs fried rice. Other dishes are nice too and waiting for...
