I used to come here a lot, the food is really good, the customer service is friendly and fast! I want to give some feedback to management because I feel like there’s been multiple repercussions in a lot of my last experiences. I was served the other week by a young girl, very friendly, however she wore the same gloves when handling my notes and coins from the till while making my bun mhi roll. Cross contamination can cause food poisoning which one of my colleagues encountered here a few months ago (we had to send her home from work) and it looks like this is where the problem lies. Also, I normally order vegetarian tofu roll, but 3 times in the last 5 months I’ve encountered a piece of chicken in the middle that I’ve bit into which makes me 100% feel turned off the food (which sucks coz I used to love this place a lot). I don’t know if I’ll return as much because of this, if it changes I definitely will. Thanks for listening and I hope quality control improves around the board!

Read moreI just love this place so much. They have my favorite bánh mì in the city. The roast pork bánh mì (get it with chili) comes with cuts of pork belly which is crisped to crackling on one side and has excellent savory seasoning. This coupled with their fresh herbs, carrot slaw, and pickled onion makes for one of the most delicious sandwiches you can find, and certainly at $6 it is well worth it. Their classic Vietnamese cold cuts bánh mì (also needs chili) is my other favorite.
One thing I appreciate is that the demi baguettes they use are well baked, but also provide the ideal ratio of bread to filling and the right crispness to the crust. It's a really well crafted sandwich.
Their other offerings such as bún cá are also great, but be prepared to wait a good while for those during the lunch rush. They don't have that streamlined like the bánh mì preparation which is...
Read moreCrispy pork roll is excellent but the service can be improved. Two times I was given grilled pork instead of roasted pork but I found out too late. The third time I was looking the girl putting grilled pork instead roasted pork. So I immediate told the girl politely that I ordered roasted pork. The girl then spoke to the cashier. Though I couldn’t understand fully what they said but I could see the cashier insisted that I ordered grilled pork. Anyway, I told the girl I ordered the roasted pork. Unwillingly she changed to roasted pork. Last time, I was waiting for my order until people came behind me got their orders. So I asked the girl about my order. She had a kind of dirty look on her face. Again, she packed my order unwillingly with anger. Gosh, I just want a roll...
