Was in the drive through to get an iced latte with points I got through the app, the girl taking payments firstly told me rudely that I needed to tell them my code at the order speaker which I understand but it was the tone used. Then proceeded to tell me it wasnât valid for ice lattes and only hot drinks when Iâve done this many times before, also states on the app that it was an eligible item. She said to drive around the drive through and try again to which I decided to just walk in and just order that way. Had another woman that served me (manager Iâm assuming due to uniform) and tried to insist I can only get a medium with points and when I said Iâm pretty sure I can get a large she said well youâre getting it for free and essentially to accept a medium but eventually just put it through. Overall, this isnât a massive deal itâs just a drink but the attitude in this store is unnecessarily rude and since it was the manager also adding to the problem Its obvious that this store has poor training and the reason it has a 3 star rating. My 7yo nephew was eagerly waiting his 6pc chicken nuggets whe we found out it was not in our drive thru order. 2 weeks ago we waited 30 minutes because they were looking for a car who ordered 3 sets of happy meal, plus other orders. I ordered a 3-pc happy meal plus others. Poor young attendants went car knocking. Then waited again for them to reimburse what I paid for. Twice before , I had to drive back from home because they forgot an order! This time I elected not to drive back for the $5.80 worth of 6pc chicken nugget they forgot to put in the brown bag! Consider it as my donation to them. When will they ever be efficient! Hello Managers?!!!đĄ Guess what....3-4 weeks after this incident, I decided not to drive through and walk in to place my order at the counter so nothing wont be forgotten. It was busy and had waited for more than 30 min. Another customer was already complaining it was quite a wait. I went home after checking that my order was complete and was satisfied they were. I notice that if the strict Manager is on the floor (Asian/Vietnamese?), the service is great but if she is not there, that is where the hit and miss happens. In our recent visit our few days ago, the service was terrible and it took 40 minutes for us to get our McValue Box and a Happy Meal! It was not only us, but there were a couple of unhappy customers staring right into the counter. I know there was a Manager there but she was acting like she was not existing, going through her business of bagging orders from a stack of products sitting in front of her for I do not know how long already. Drinks were being dispensed and sitting in the counter as the other products were still not being bagged! Terrible site. And then the new shift manager comes in and checks things and tries to save the day, but I was already very unhappy.
