I dont have to explain how frustrating it is to get back home to find out your missing items or they aren't prepared correctly. This time I am handed a latte and I can physically feel how light it is but because my brother has anxiety he doesn't want me to call someone out. So I drive off with this...

Look I understand things can be missed, there's allot of customers at this store and there could be trainees and etc, but my god. Not occasionally but 9/10 times, without exaggerating there is something wrong with my order. Whether its missing sauce, wrong burger, cold food, overcooked or "reheated" food thats rock hard. Or a half empty latte.

Ibdont understand how it can happen this often, the store manager needs to get there act together and make sure staff are trained properly, clearly they don't care about the customer, just that the store makes profit, so how about pleasing the customers for more profit aye?

I don't want to pull the "I work in customer service" card. But I did work in fast food for 8.5 years, I know things happen, it can be frustrating, but can I not go to this store 1 time and get my order right and fresh? Is that too much to ask that one of the several staff members that have plenty of time on there hands to check the bag?

I worked nights with 3-5 staff including myself, and I see 10+ people at this store with managers standing at the window passing a bag to me from another staff member, honestly pathetic. Wanted to take the kids for a break from the house (school hols) after I've been working.. Sadly I did not want to eat what I ordered :( Dine in ~ what a mistake. Had to ask to have tables wiped and rubbish removed as, not one table was clean.. they finally got wiped over, no spray to be seen used, but an old looking pickle and crumbs left behind :/ no they weren't crazy busy.. I know because I had the opportunity to watch the cafe boy, drink his beverage , scratch and rubbing his body from head to nose to under arms and back for what seemed forever. and then to make a coffee without washing his hands. Popping out boxed up muffins into the display tray area, thanks for using one glove to hold the box, but not much use if you're transferring the muffin with the hand without the glove is it ?

Suggested they put a caution wet sign out as the rain was dripping from a part in ceiling onto the chairs and seats. I didn't notice any employers that looked experienced on hygiene at all tbh. Arghh there he goes again flossing his teeth with his finger nail? Happy to be contacted by higher management and regularly watch over your employees and give helpful suggests, because I believe someone needs too.. I could go on but most has been said in past reviews left... Darn it another costumer unhappy no ice cream no shake's available to purchase..

My ratings are dropping from 3 to 1 with the service at this place. Almost every time i go thru the drive thru i am made wait, even with simple orders. The phones are never answered unless you spam call and at times are even left off the line. If you go inside your expected to order on the silly machines no actual service is being done until food up and ready to kick you out the door as quick as possible. Today my expirence thru drive thru paying by card the person who would bring food out came out to say i hadnt paid i showed proof it had come out of my card and still she returned no food. I had to take my kids and i out of the car and into McDonald's to speak with a manager who only.gave me the cold food stuck to the wrapping and missing all the sauces. I feel no effort is made in the worker/customer relationship to make you feel even welcome to come back again unless you want a quick coffee to go which i dont drink. Dare ask for milkshake. Tonight they didnt even have fanta. What the heck. I dare not use the bathrooms here they are gross. I dont stop to play here with the children due to bathroom and playground hygiene. The dining area feels grimey...
