New year celebrations at maccas son 6 months old. He didn't eat much but enjoyed looking at the food and be with the family. The food was freshly cooked and cooked to order. Thanks guys. Photo take Jan 1 2019
January 11 drive through: awesome job and customer service person was so nice and kind. She took the order and told us we need to wait for apple pie . We were happy about this as we would get fresh. She didn't made fuss about seniors card or ask to produce one. My order her meal. At times she find difficult to get the card or take longer. So giving the discount as requested nice. I hope all maccas learn from this store and treat seniors respectfully
2024 January 12 lunch dine in we came here after 5 years. Good place and spacious place. The food quality excellent and the staff were nice and friendly and helping each other . Food cooked to order and done well done. Service prompt. The pineapple fritters not that good maybe it was on the self for long time. Next will request cook to order or maybe you guys should cook this when customer order. The quality of food count and we would prefer to wait.
Dev said yes to this mac Donald and today he ate the chips. Finally this macdonald can cook chip which tastes awesome. Always order chips hot. The nuggets were not hot as requested. When we say hot hot it means that to hold the nuggets you need the tissue and it taste yum. Give a try and you will see the difference. So this store is kids friendly, Accommodating special request needs without doing any mix and match with old and hot nuggets. (Some store I have been too they awould put cold nuggets at bottom and hot on top. The best part they didn't ask for the seniors card to give my mum drink. Thanks guys for following the maccas policy and you are accommodating people with all abilities.
Love the manager or store manager came out to the dinning and were cleaning the tables. It showed awesome leadership quality and no job to be Ingore. Remind when when I was in hungry jack where I was incharge of front and I had to make sure each customer were happy and keep area clear clean. We didn't take any photos as phone was used by my son. 12 January dinner late about 10pm. Customer service great but the cook didn't follow the instructions as asked. Ad we wanted hot hot nuggets and were given warm nuggets. The cook told the front counter wrong information. When returned the cook still fussing it is hot and cooked now. I told them it is not. They gave another one and it wasn't hot hot just OK lucky my son said it is fine. Happy he had finish the meal. And for the cook they should listen to the front counter and their supervisor when asked and also the need for the customer. We are fusy family but we value what maccas provide. Without you guys my son wouldn't be eating Andy food and they are other people who are on the same boat. Remember population with disability or fusy eaters they cant express their feelings so you guys should make order as asked. Fast service and ordered not made as asked defeat the purpose and the customer get annoyed. The restaurant and other staff were. Team works well.
T2015 27june 2025 lunchtime Well came back after a year and hoping the food will be as we want. Dev said I hope I get my nuggets. Looks more spacious as we enter and this time disabled parking just next to entrance of door. The customer service person he was so nice and friendly and when I said it is special order with fusy eater. He said ok. From the order I take to telling the crew about the special request was awesome. After paying within seconds the information was given and noone made the fuss and the guy (sorry didn't ask Ur bame), he made sure the order was right with the help of the manager. Read moreOk let me get this story straight, I order on the touch screen a Large Big Mac Meal, once I finish ordering and PAID for it i then get no receipt from the machine, it tells me my order number is 47. I then wait patiently for my number to get called out, the they say from the counter “147” so I grabbed my order and sat down and see only got Big Mac, but nothing else. I then stormed back to the counter and said “listen up pall I’m asking u a big favour, who made my order wrong?” The guy replied “what was your number” I said “47” he goes back on the screen and checks to see if I was wrong. Totally NOT. The guy replies you only order a Big Mac with vanilla thickshake” I replied but “where’s my fries” he replied “ow um sorry but they don’t go with the Big Mac Meal” we’ll hear we go again I said “but I ordered a Large BIG MAC MEAL, NOT A SEPARATE BIG MAC, you got that” he said “ok, I’ll get you some fries then” he walks over to the fries looking like he was doing his own business, then comes back and says “sorry about that, enjoy thank you” I said “but we’re is my coke” he said “you only ordered a Big Mac and a vanilla Shake” I replied “but you know that I can’t be this greedy when my coke has been changed to a vanilla shake, even tho I asked and touch on for a coke with my meal. any particular reason why that has happened? The guy replied “no sorry we can’t just give you a coke for the swap of an vanilla shake” like as if the customer is always right. That was the end of my story after ordering something that I wanted to being stuffed up in the kitchen!!! Like are they even trained properly or are they still traumatised after the Werribee school girl got attacked by her step father a few weeks ago, ‘when I was there to see it all’ and not one decided to help!! Read moreManager with curly hair is really bad and incompetent. I placed a order on self service. It did not print any receipt so I got the order number from another staff. 45 minutes later I was still waiting and when I asked them for it I was told order was given out. Whom was the order given to they don't know. Manager asked me for receipt and I told him I don't have receipt but I showed him the transaction on my app. On which he said people like myself come here often to get double order. I was completely shocked by this I requested him to check his camera footage for same. He denied it saying I don't have time for same. I was with my wife and my child and situation was not getting better at all. When other customers got involved he agreed to process my order. While delivering the order he said this is charity order. I believe whatever has happened here nothing short of racist behaviour. Unfortunately I know this review will not lead to any actions taken against this Manager and money wise companies like this can get away with any sort of behaviour against the customers.
